The students' interest in becoming entrepreneurs is influenced by several factors, such as motivation and self-efficacy. This study aimed to determine the effect of motivation and self-efficacy on students' interest in entrepreneurship at the Muhammadiyah University of Palangkaraya. This research is included in causal associative research. There are three variables in this research, they are entrepreneurial motivation, self-efficacy, and interest in entrepreneurship. The data were taken using a questionnaire. The population of this study was 1635 students, while the sample was 327 students. The researchers used a random sampling technique to choose the sample. This study used multiple regression methods. The results of this study indicated that there was an influence between motivation and self-efficacy on entrepreneurial intentions simultaneously or partially. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara motivasi dan efikasi diri terhadap niat berwirausaha secara simultan maupun parsial. Hasil penelitian ini juga menunjukkan bahwa variabel motivasi memiliki kontribusi terhadap minat berwirausaha yang lebih besar daripada variabel efikasi diri.Kata kunci: motivasi, efikasi diri, minat berwirausaha
This study aims to develop an affective evaluation instrument for junior high school students. The research was conducted from November to December 2014 on all of the public and private junior high school in Palangka Raya City. The population of this study was all students in second grade of state and private junior high school in Palangka Raya city spread over 10 (ten) state and private junior high school. Samples were taken by purposive sampling , that is by taking into several considerations of school quality (good, moderate, or less), the type of school (public and private) so it could described a variety of populations . In this study, each category is taken 2 (two) for each public and private schools. So that there are 6 (six) schools as the research sample. In this study are drawn 100 students as the subject of test instruments The instrument tried out was questionnaire by using Likert scale models with 5 (five) options. Try out done twice in difference time in two week. After taken try out of the tests twice it showed that, from 40 items of questionnaire there are 25 valid item of questionnaire and 15 items didn�t valid with the average price r = 0,4. While the reliability test also has taken to the valid items which got r11 at current prices amounted to 0.9089
This study aims to determine the relationship between physical fitness and socioeconomic status with student achievement. The methodology used in this study is a correlation. The population of this study amounted to7 students with a total sample of 73, which were taken using proportional sampling. The instrument used in this study was a physical fitness measurement test using Indonesian physical health tests, socioeconomic status using a questionnaire, and documentation of student report cards to measure student achievement. Data analysis used product-moment correlation and continued with multiple regression with a significance level of 5%. Data analysis in this study was assisted by SPSS version 26 for windows. The results showed no significant relationship between the level of physical fitness and student achievement. Statistical analysis showed that the calculated r-value was smaller than the r table (0.962 <1.994). The next finding is a significant relationship between parents' socioeconomic status and student achievement. Statistical analysis showed that the calculated r-value was greater than the r table (2.399>1.994). The third research finding is a jointly significant relationship between the level of physical fitness and the socioeconomic status of parents and student achievement. Statistical analysis shows the correlation coefficient (R) 0.683, the coefficient of determination is 0.83, and F-count is 3.180 (F-count is 3.180 > F table 5% is 3.126). The school and parents need to collaborate so that students can achieve the expected achievements, and it requires support from several aspects, namely aspects of physical and economic fitness
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengetahui minat peserta didik dalam pembelajaran Akuntansi, (2) Mengatahui strategi pembelajaran dalam mengembangkan minat peserta didik dalam pelajaran akuntansi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, yaitu suatu penelitian yang ditujukan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengalisis fenomena dan peristiwa. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, penyebaran angket dan dokumentasi. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat diketahui bahwa: Minat belajar dan pengembangan strategi pembelajaran untuk meningkatkan minat belajar peserta didik kelas XII yang dilakukan guru sudah bervariasi, walaupun pelaksanaannya masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan. Namun kekurangan tersebut dapat diperbaiki didalam proses pembelajaran, terlihat dalam hasil penelitian yang kami peroleh yaitu peserta didik sudah terlihat dalam strategi mengembangkan minat siswa dalam pembelajaran akuntansi pada peserta didik SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Palangkaraya dalam katagori baik.
This study aims to find out how the implementation of accounting learning, the subject under study is Vocational High School 1 Katingan Hilir. This study uses qualitative methods with descriptive research types, which are the subjects of this study are principals, accounting teachers, and students. Accounting class XI and Class XII are still referring to the KTSP curriculum, some important points obtained are: 1) the teacher prepares lesson plans as direction in the implementation of accounting learning activities, 2) pray before starting the lesson, 3) attend students, 4) identification of learners 'needs, 5) material delivered by using methods in carrying out competency examination assignments in each student's accounting book, 6) evaluating the achievement of students' learning goals consisting of skills in working on problems, neatness and accuracy. Based on the results of research found in the field that the implementation of accounting learning has not been maximal and the applied accounting subjects have not run optimally.
