This study aims to analyze external and internal factors in the form of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the development of Linjuang tourism objects in Lubuk Sikaping, Pasaman Regency, West Sumatra. After the analysis is carried out, a development strategy is formulated by minimizing weaknesses and threats and then maximizing the existing strengths and opportunities. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method using SWOT analysis tools (Strengths, Weaknes, Opportunities, Threats). Data collection techniques through literature study, observation and interviews with owners, communities and visitors of Linjuang tourism objects. Based on the results of the study, it is concluded that the strategy for developing Linjuang tourism objects, among others, is by completing facilities and markets such as toilets, prayer rooms and parking locations as well as maintenance of tourist attraction areas, then promoting tourism objects through online and print media and involving the government, private sector and the community in management. tourist attraction.

The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of compesantion and career development on employees performance . The first hypothesis examine wheter compensation influences performance.The second hypothesis examine wheter career development influences performance.The population in this researchare all employees at PT. FIF Group in Pasamam. This research uses by using technique of full sampling. Data were collected using a survey method and analyzed with doubled linear regression.The result of hypothesis test shows that compensation has a simultaneous and partially to performance.Another result of this research show that career development has a simultaneons and partially to performance.

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and role conflict on employee performance of PT. Primatama Mulia Jaya (PMJ). The number of samples in this study were 72 people. Based on the results of the study, there is a significant influence between workload on employee performance, as evidenced by the value of T-statistic of 5,804 with a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05. Role conflict has a significant effect on employee performance, the value of T-statistic is 3.135 and a significant value is 0.000 < 0.05. If seen simultaneously there is a significant effect of workload on employee performance, and role conflict has a significant effect on employee performance, as evidenced by the F value of 23,315 with a significant level of 0.000
The purpose of this research is to knowthe influence of leadership style and Disciplineon the CV. Cahaya in Lubuk Sikaping. The population is employees of CV. Cahaya in Lubuk Sikaping with a sample of 35 people, with a used sampling census method. Instrument research is a Questionnaire. The data obtained is then processed using multiple linear regression techniques using SPSS.from the results of this reserach foundleadership stylevariable (X1) and discipline (X2)have a significant effect on performance(Y) with a significant level of 0.000. The magnitude of the influence of leadership style(X1 and discipline (X2)have significant effect on performance (Y) is 0.549 (R2 = 54.9%).
