Kenyamanan penumpang menggunakan elevator menjadi perhatian pengelola bangunan gedung. Adanya getaran saat elevator beroperasi menjadi keluhan pengguna, mengacu Peraturan Menteri Ketenagakerjaan Nomor 6 Tahun 2017 bahwa rail guide car dan counterweight harus kuat memandu, menahan getaran, menahan beban tekanan car penuh dan beban pengereman. Tujuan PkM ini mengidentifikasi kelurusan hoistway, merancang dudukan dan menganalisa angka kebutuhan nyata produksi dudukan rail guide car dan counterweight. Metode pendekatan PkM diterapkan pendekatan konsultasi, pendidikan, mediasi dan advokasi sedangkan metode pelaksanaannya menggunakan pendekatan literasi, pengukuran dan analisis. Hasil pengukuran kelurusan hoistway diperoleh simpangan sebesar 1-20mm, rancangan dudukan disesuaikan kembali dan angka kebutuhan nyata produksi berpotensi kerja tambah sebesar Rp.14.850.800 atau 13% dari angka perencanaan pada aspek biaya dudukan rail guide car dan counterweight Elevator LP03, LP04 dan VIP. Saran yang dapat diberikan adalah diskusikan bersama tim peneliti kontrak dan penyedia jasa untuk menjadi kesepakatan, kegiatan sejenis tetap dilakukan pengukuran kelurusan hoistway dan pembangunan hoistway berikutnya agar di lakukan pengawasan lebih cermat.

MSMEs in Ponggang Village still use conventional methods, such as marketing products by entrusting them to stalls, can order in advance via telephone number and the product is delivered directly to the customer. Therefore, the author helps MSMEs to be better known to the wider community by entering the products produced by MSMEs into the Pareang Sate Restaurant and selling their products online through the Tokopedia application. To be able to market products online, it is necessary to take steps that can be used as guidelines in digital marketing activities aimed at the target market and known as AIDA (Awareness, Interest, Desire, and Action). The first step taken by the author so that Pong's Snack MSMEs products can be known to consumers is to build awareness of consumers by using the 7P product, price, place, promotion, people, process, and physical evidence approach. To increase interest in buying a product, a standing pouch is used an attractive label and packaging design.
PT. Charoen Pokphand Indonesia Tbk. (Gorontalo) is still experiencing problems in managing fuel supply where the company often experiences a lack of inventory that hinders the production process. The company also experienced excess inventory, causing storage costs to rise. For this reason, companies need to exercise inventory control. One of the analytical tools that can be used to control inventory is the "Economic Order Quantity" (EOQ). From the calculation results, it was found that the optimal number of fuel supply purchases from palm oil shells using the EOQ method is 352 tons with a purchase frequency of 3 times in one period (1 year) so that the company can save fuel procurement costs. . The total inventory cost of raw materials with an EOQ of Rp. 32,845,640 while the cost incurred by the company without using EOQ amounted to Rp. 34,731,000. The savings that can be made by the company is Rp. 1,885,360 with a Reorder Point of 81.9 tonnes and a total safety stock of 241 tonnes.
Biogas is an alternative energy used for cooking and can replace the use of LPG, firewood, and other fuels. Ponggang Village, located at Serang Panjang, Subang Regency, West Java, has used biogas as an alternative energy source for cooking. However, there are obstacles such as the difficulty of distributing biogas to the residents 'stoves, due to the distance between the residents' houses so that a portable biogas container and manual biogas pump are needed. From the waste released by the biodigester, one example of another alternative energy source that can be renewed is Biomass Briquettes, Biomass Briquettes itself is an alternative energy that can replace firewood or LPG gas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) with a conversion form that is carried out by museumization treatment for waste. organic and dodolization treatment for inorganic waste. The results of these two treatments make Biomass Briquettes emit heat when burned so that they can replace firewood or LPG gas as alternative energy sources in people's daily lives. In designing, researchers use the QFD (quality function deployment) method to obtain input from consumers and experts which is processed and put into a HOQ (house of quality) matrix. The results obtained are designed with a capacity of more than 300 liters in order to meet the cooking needs per day and the pump is made to support the speed of the biogas entering the portable biogas container. Whereas the biomass production tool is designed to provide production speed in order to increase briquette production and meet the needs of the Ponggang Village residents.ABSTRAK:Biogas merupakan energi alternatif yang dimanfaatkan untuk memasak dan dapat menggantikan pemakaian LPG, kayu bakar, dan bahan bakar lainnya. Di Desa Ponggang yang terletak di Serang Panjang, Kabupaten Subang, Jawa Barat, telah menggunakan biogas sebagai sumber energi alternatif untuk memasak. Namun adanya kendala seperti susahnya pendistribusian biogas ke kompor warga, dikarenakan jarak rumah warga berjauhan sehingga dibutuhkan wadah portable biogas dan pompa manual penyalur biogas. Dari limbah yang dikeluarkan oleh biodigester, salah satu contoh sumber energi alternatif lain yang dapat diperbarui adalah Briket Biomassa. Briket Biomassa itu sendiri merupakan energi alternatif yang dapat menggantikan kayu bakar ataupun gas LPG (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) dengan bentuk pengkonversian yang dilakukan perlakuan peyeumisasi untuk sampah organik dan perlakuan dodolisasi untuk sampah anorganik. Hasil dari kedua perlakuan tersebut menjadikan Briket Biomassa dapat mengeluarkan kalor ketika dibakar sehingga dapat menggantikan kayu bakar ataupun gas LPG sebagai sumber energi alternatif dalam keseharian warga. Dalam perancangan desain alat, peneliti menggunakan metode QFD (quality function deployment) untuk mendapatkan masukan dari konsumen dan para ahli yang diolah dan dimasukan ke dalam suatu matriks HOQ (house of quality). Hasil yang didapatkan pada alat penampung portable biogas dirancang dengan kapasitas lebih dari 300 liter agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan masak per harinya dan alat pompa dibuat agar dapat menunjang kecepatan biogas yang masuk ke dalam wadah portable biogas. Sedangkan pada alat produksi biomassa dirancang memberikan kecepatan produksi agar dapat menambah produksi briket dan memenuhi kebutuhan warga Desa Ponggang
