This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of employee engagement, perceived organizational support, and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Dino Jaya Karya. This research uses descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out using a questionnaire media with the Likert method. The population in this study were 80 permanent employees of PT. Dino Jaya Karya. The sampling technique used is using a saturated sample (total sampling). The total sampling obtained is as many as 80 employees from PT. Dino Jaya Karya. The t test shows that the employee engagement variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable (Y) with a value of 0.000, the perceived organizational support variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance ( Y) with a value of 0.000, and the motivation variable (X3 has a positive and significant effect on employee performance variable (y) with a value of 0.004. In the F test results employee engagement, perceived organizational support, and motivation have a simultaneous effect on employee performance as indicated by a significance value of 0.000. Employee performance affects how much a person contributes to the organization. A good organizational culture can improve employee performance in the organization. The leadership style adopted by a leader has a major role in achieving a good work environment in the organization. Training is a process of self-development by employees so that they can work more skillfully, increase the knowledge and expertise of an employee. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational culture, leadership style and training on employee performance at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of the Province of D.I Yogyakarta. Respondents in this study amounted to 75 employees at the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of D.I Yogyakarta Province. The research method used this time using quantitative methods. While the data analysis methods used include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression test, and classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has no significant effect on employee performance, training has a significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture, leadership style, and training have a simultaneous effect on employee performance.
This study was structured to determine the effect of job stress and perceived organizational support on employee productivity mediated by self-efficacy. Both job stress, perceived organizational support and self-efficacy are the main factors affecting employee productivity in a company. The purpose of this study itself is to test the variables of job stress, perceptions of organizational support, self-efficacy and productivity of employees who work at MY Creative.Id Yogyakarta, researchers took samples by applying a non-probability method with a saturated sample. The questionnaires that were processed were 50 employees. The results in this study indicate that: (1) Job Stress has a negative effect on employee productivity, (2) Perceptions of Organizational Support have a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, (3) Job Stress has a negative effect on Self-Efficacy, (4) Self-Efficacy. Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, (5) Perceptions of Organizational Support have a positive and significant effect on Self-Efficacy, (6) Self-Efficacy does not mediate Job Stress on Employee Productivity, (7) Self-Efficacy mediates Perceptions of Organizational Support on Productivity Employees.
AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan komitmen organisasi sebagai variable intervening pada pegawai toko Dunia Fashion. Variabel dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja, kepuasan kerja, organizational citizenship behavior dan komitmen organisasi. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pegawai pada toko Dunia Fashion yang berjumlah 73 pegawai dan sampel yang digunakan adalah Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan angket (angket), sedangkan teknik analisis data yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linier berganda, uji hipotesis, uji sobel dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional, kualitas kehidupan kerja, kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dan komitemen organisasi baik secara parsial maupun simultan (bersama-sama). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah Variabel Kepemimpinan Transformasional dan Buadaya Organisasi memiliki berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) bagi pegawai di Perusahaan Air Miunum Tirtamarta Yogyakarta. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota PDAM yang berjumlah 50 anggota. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel jika semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel. Metode yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner/angket. Adapun teknik analisis data yamg digunakan yaitu uji statistic deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan uji hipotesis. Berdasakan hasil pengujian hipostesi menunjukan bahwa: Kepemimpinan Tranformasional dan Budaya Organisasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Hasil yang didapat dari penelitian ini Kepemimimpinan Transformasional dan Budaya Organisasi masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang tinggi terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Hasil dari penelitian ini tentunya dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dan acuan bagi Perusahaan Air Minum Tirtamarta Yogyakarta serta dapat memberikan peningkatan yang lebih dan spesifik lagi terhadap pemimpin dan karyawan serta tercapainya tujuan organisasi/ perusahaan.
