Tujuan penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan mutu guru melalui implementasi supervisi akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (PTS) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, studi dokumen dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa supervisi akademik pada siklus 1 dan siklus 2 menunjukkan terjadi peningkatan skor pada aspek perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Meskipun masih berada pada kategori cukup, namun dari pra siklus sampai dengan siklus 2 terus mengalami peningkatan. Hasil ini dapat dicapai karena adanya kerjasama yang baik antar Kepala Sekolah dan Guru yang disupervisi. Kepala Sekolah berdiskusi dengan guru mengenai masalah yang dihadapi guru pada proses perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Supervisi akademik yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah merupakan usaha untuk memperbaiki pengajaran, termasuk menstimulasi, menyeleksi pertumbuhan jabatan dan perkembangan guru- guru serta merevisi tujuan-tujuan pembelajaran, bahan pengajaran, metode, evaluasi atau penilaian pengajaran. Supervisi akademik dapat membantu guru untuk mempelajari dan memahami tugas dan perannya sebagai seorang pendidik. Implementation of academic supervision for increasing the quality of teachers AbstractThe aim of this study is to improve the quality learning of teachers through the implementation of academic supervision. The research method used is School Action Research (PTS) with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques with interviews, document studies, and observations. The results showed that academic supervision in cycle 1 and cycle 2 showed an increase in scores on aspects of planning and implementing learning. Although it is still in a sufficient category, from pre-cycle to cycle 2 it continues to increase. This result can be achieved because of the good cooperation between the Principal and the supervised Teacher. Principals discuss with teachers about the problems faced by teachers in the planning and implementation of learning processes. Academic supervision by the Principal is an effort to improve teaching, including stimulating, selecting the growth of positions and the development of teachers and revising learning objectives, teaching materials, methods, evaluation and evaluation of teaching. Academic supervision can help teachers to learn and understand the task and its role as an educator.
The research aims to evaluate the performance of certified teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu, East Sumba Regency. The type of this research is evaluative research. The subject of this research is 7 teachers certified in SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu. The teacher performance evaluation model used is the Charlotte Danielson model that evaluates teacher performance in 4 domains: (1) Planning and Preparation, (2) Classroom Environment, (3) Instruction, and (4) Professional Responsibility. Data collection techniques that used are document studies, observation, and interviews. The data validity test is done by triangulation technique and source. Research result: (1) the performance of certified teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Waingapu, on Planning and Preparation domain, teachers are in proficient category, (2) on Classroom Environment domain, teachers are in basic category, (3) on Instruction domain, teachers are in proficient category, 4) on the domain of Professional Responsibility, teachers are in basic category.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the implementation of the Operational Cost Program for the Implementation of Early Childhood Education (BOP PAUD). Evaluation research uses the Discrepancy model, which measures the gap between the process of implementing the BOP PAUD fund program and the procedures stipulated in Regulation of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 2 of 2016 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Use of Operational Funds for the Implementation of Early Childhood Education. Evaluation based on the design of the implementation of the BOP PAUD program process, includes: planning, implementation and accountability. The approach in this study is descriptive qualitative with interview data collection techniques and document studies in the form of School Activity and Budget Plans and Accountability Reports. The results of the study, namely: there is a gap in the implementation of the BOP PAUD program in the planning process, channeling of funds, and reporting of fund accountability. The cause of the gap is that BOP PAUD fund managers have not followed the system regulated in financing management.
Bidang pendidikan merupakan salah satu bidang yang terkena dampak pandemi COVID-19. Sistem pembelajaran online pun menjadi satu-satunya pilihan di daerah terdampak COVID-19. Salah satu aplikasi media pembelajaran yang digunakan di masa pandemi ini adalah Google Meet dan Google Classroom. Namun, belum semua sekolah menengah di Sumba Timur menggunakan media pembelajaran online tersebut karena keterbatasan pemahaman teknologi para tenaga pendidik. Oleh karena itu, pelatihan pemanfaatan aplikasi media pembelajaran online seperti Google Meet dan Google Classroom akan membantu para guru untuk dapat melaksanakan pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah metode tutorial dan praktik langsung. Kegiatan PKM ini dilaksanakan di SMPN 2 Kanatang. Adapun hasil dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah seluruh peserta pelatihan yang berjumlah 16 orang guru di SMP Negeri 2 Kanatang merasa puas dan dapat memahami materi pelatihan dengan baik yang dapat mereka aplikasikan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah.
ABSTRAKTujuan dilaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan simulasi kepada Guru Biologi di SMA Negeri 1 Kambera tentang cara pembuatan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran Biologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, studi kasus, curah pendapat, simulasi dan praktik. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah guru Biologi mampu membuat dan menggunakan media pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan antusias dan motivasi guru dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran. Selain itu juga guru-guru dapat memperoleh pengetahuan mengenai pembuatan media pembelajaran dalam bentuk Tiga Dimensi dan produk ini dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. The result of this service activity is that the Biology teacher is able to create and use learning media. This activity is able to increase the enthusiasm and motivation of teachers in utilizing learning media. In addition, teachers can also gain knowledge about making learning media in the form of three dimensions and this product can be used in classroom learning.
