The study intends to evaluate the 2013 curriculum of biological subjects at SMAN 1 Waingapu. Evaluative research is a type of research. Data collection, data reduction, data display, and data conclusion are techniques in data analysis, while data collection techniques are conducted with document studies, observations, and interviews. The principal, Wakasek curriculum, biology teachers, and students are the subject of research. Legitimacy of data by using source triangulation and triangulation method. The evaluation of curriculum Implementation 2013 Biology subjects has been patting the Permendikbud No. 22 years 2016 on the standard of basic and secondary education process but still found gaps where: 1) on design planning in the preparation of materials/materials have not been sequential, analytical, related to the condition and actual; 2) on the Learning installation performance evaluation of biological teachers is already referring to the standards that are guided on the component aspects of planning, implementation, evaluation and no gaps; 3) The implementation process for the delivery of material has not been sequential, analytical, related to the condition and actual, as well as in preliminary activities, core activities and closing activities are not carried out optimally; 4) on learning outcomes have carried out an authentic assessment of the teaching learning process that is assessment Cognitive, affective, and psychomotor but the affective judgment only assesses prominent students. Recommendations need to be done to improve the design, process, and results so that in the implementation adjust the predefined standards.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi Android terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX pada konsep perkembangbiakan tumbuhan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah quasi eksperimen. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah 40 siswa yang dibagi ke dalam kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa tes objektif bentuk pilihan ganda dan non tes berupa angket respon siswa. Berdasarkan hasil analisis deskriptif, diperoleh data rata-rata nilai posttest kelas eksperimen adalah 74,50 dan kelas kontrol adalah 54,85. Hasil pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan media pembelajaran berbasis aplikasi android terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas IX pada konsep perkembangbiakan tumbuhan.
ABSTRAKTujuan dilaksanakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan simulasi kepada Guru Biologi di SMA Negeri 1 Kambera tentang cara pembuatan dan penggunaan media pembelajaran Biologi dalam proses pembelajaran. Pengabdian ini menggunakan metode ceramah, diskusi, tanya jawab, studi kasus, curah pendapat, simulasi dan praktik. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah guru Biologi mampu membuat dan menggunakan media pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini mampu meningkatkan antusias dan motivasi guru dalam memanfaatkan media pembelajaran. Selain itu juga guru-guru dapat memperoleh pengetahuan mengenai pembuatan media pembelajaran dalam bentuk Tiga Dimensi dan produk ini dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas. This activity is able to increase the enthusiasm and motivation of teachers in utilizing learning media. One of the infectious and deadly human diseases caused by bacteria is cholera or acute diarrhea, caused by Vibrio cholerae. This disease is very dangerous and needs to be treated properly and quickly. This study aims to determine the anti-bacterial activity of noni root extract (Morinda citrifolia L.) on the growth of Vibrio cholerae. This type of experimental research uses a completely randomized design (CRD). The data collected in this study was the diameter of the inhibition zone measured from each treatment. The results of the ANOVA test showed that the noni root extract tested on Vibrio cholerae after being analyzed, obtained Fcount > Ftable, namely 53.929 > 3.48. Noni root extract has inhibitory power against the growth of Vibrio cholerae. The results of this study proved that the diffusion method used showed good results, which was indicated by the presence of inhibition zones in all five treatments (5%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 50%). The best treatment was at a concentration of 50% with an inhibition zone diameter of 28.66 mm.
This study aims to describe the diversity of ferns found in the Pepuwatu River Basin, Prai Paha Village, East Sumba Regency, and to describe the ferns in the Pepuwatu River Basin, Prai Paha Village, East Sumba Regency as a learning resource. Biology in booklet form. This type of research is ecological research with a quantitative descriptive approach. The method used is the eruise method. The results of the study found 450 individuals from 15. The index of fern diversity in the Pepuwatu River watershed was 1, 948 in the medium category. The product produced in the study is a learning resource in the form of a booklet. Based on the results of the booklet validation test from validator I, which is 100%, validator II is 98.33% and validator III is 96.6%.
