The village fund policy is implemented to improve infrastructure development, community development and empowerment towards a prosperous village. However, the management of village funds did not meet expectations, due to lack of community participation in supervision. The purpose of this study is to analyze the mismanagement of village funds using a policy evaluation perspective. This research emphasizes the approach qualitative- evaluative, to explain the phenomena found in the field. This study found that mismanagement of village fund was not only caused by weak supervision and low human resources but also caused by the dominant, undemocratic and oligarchic aspects of leadership which had implications for the powerlessness of village actors in managing village funds in accordance with procedures, accountability, and transparency. Moreover, the formulation stage of the policy on the use of village funds is only a formality so that the power of the leader (the Village Head) cannot be implemented in the ethics of public administration and good governance.
In a democratic country, it certainly puts forward the principles of democracy. In this time, the tourism industry in Indonesia has great potential in the Indonesian economy. Along with its development, government policies in developing tourism destinations that have the potential to increase foreign exchange are expected to be sustainable development. Especially in terms of the environment where the concept of ecocracy itself is a form of recognition of nature. In this article use literature studies. The results obtained are addressing all government policies relating to the tourism sector without disrupting existing ecosystems. So that there needs to be steps that must be carried out by the government and there needs to be steps that must be taken for businesses in the tourism industry. Without harming people's rights around the tourism destination that will be developed.
The purpose of this research was to measure the Quality of Marriage-Based Services for Marriage Coverages Based on the Palui Application in Sungai Andai Village, Banjarmasin Society still considers services related to making Marriage Certificate is very slow due to the lack of public awareness of digital world insights. In this study the authors used a qualitative method, to get the information done through the interview. Collection of field facts notes using the method of observation-documentation, and analysis of data. The main focus in this paper is the quality of service delivery procedures for marriage attendants measured and analyzed with a qualitative descriptive approach and using 5 service quality indicators according to Zeithaml, namely: Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance and Emphathy. The results showed that the quality of public services in Sungai Andai Banjarmasin Village has run quite well even though there are still residents who are not satisfied with the quality of service. Based on the processing of marriage registration services based on the Palui Applications in Sungai Andai Banjarmasin, measured by 5 indicators of service quality, there are factors influencing the quality of service of marriage attendant records covering 3 supporting factors, namely (1) work experience as supporting expertise (2) work motivation for employees enthusiasm and diligence, and (3) awareness of serving the community so as to educate well. While the inhibiting factors, namely (1) the problem of the speed of internet access Palui which makes the process slow (2) lack of public awareness of insight in the digital age (3) lack of information for the community, and (4) lack of socialization regarding a marriage certificate.
Regional tax is one of the main in state revenues. With the existence of regional autonomy, members of the government are strong for autonomous regions, namely being able to organize and manage their own households. Local governments need to maximize the potential of local taxes. This research use qualitative method with qualitative descriptive type. Indicator Based From Tax implementation such as SISMIOP Maintenance data base, Mass print simulation, bulk print, Submission of SPPT and DHKP PBB, billing, payment and evaluation meeting, So the Results at BP2RD departure point can be concluded Good Enough Against Admissions PAD. Supported by the local government, sufficient budget and facilities. And the State Civil Apparatus, lack of socialization and public awareness as an inhibiting factor. This research recommends the BP2RD office of Barito Kuala District to be more active in registering and socializing the Land and Building Tax to the public so that the public is aware of paying land and building taxes.
Tujuan penelitian untuk: 1.Mengetahui implementasi program sembako di Kelurahan Alalak Utara Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara. 2.Mengetahui faktor pendorong dan penghambat implementasi program Sembako di Kelurahan Alalak Utara Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi program Sembako di Kelurahan Alalak Utara Kecamatan Banjarmasin Utara dengan memfokuskan pada lima mekanisme pelaksanaan program yaitu persiapan, sosialisasi & edukasi program, registrasi & distribusi KKS dalam program, penyaluran dana bantuan untuk menjadi sembako dan pemanfaatan dana bantuan untuk pembelian sembako.
