Outdoor tourism is becoming a trend and is increasingly in demand during the pandemic. This tourism is considered the safest and most comfortable choice after two years of the community being limited in all their activities. This article aims to observe what forms of outdoor tourism are and how these tours are a solution to maintaining health and supporting community welfare. Through a qualitative approach with a case study method, it can be found forms and ways in which outdoor tourism in Sentul, Bogor can provide solutions for the health and well-being of the community. The interview method with the Sentul Community Local Guide manager was also carried out to extract data on all outdoor tourism activities in Sentul. The result of this research is a shift in the tendency of public interest in tourism from the form of mass tourism to tourism that is private or small groups. Outdoor tourism that uses the concept of Community Based Development (CBT) is a solution to maintaining health and improving community welfare during a pandemic. Outdoor tour packages with various choices, ranging from nature-based tours to sports, therapy, and adventures, are offered to enhance physical and mental health after the pandemic. Local communities' involvement can increase the economy's level while creating sustainable tourism. Smart Tourism is a solution going forward to integrate all outdoor tourism facilities into One Stop Sentul Tourism.

This paper aims to raise the issue of "falsity" in Heritage Revitalization and how it impacts on values in Historic Urban Landscape. The object of the study is the process of revitalization carried out in Kali Besar in the Jakarta Old City Area based on Jakarta Governor's Instruction 2016, No. 101. To evaluate Kali Besar's revitalization planning, this study uses historical methods, especially those relating to aspects of urban space, social and revitalization policies. This study results the findings that the Revitalization of Kali Besar was not done through a good management plan and arranged with various changes as the cause. Beautification is still considered as the main foundation in the Kali Besar arrangement. Historic Urban Landscape must be the main references in the process of revitalizing the Kali Besar area and to produce a mature management plan.

ABSTRAK             Permasalahan yang ada di kelurahan Paseban ini adalah daerah permukiman yang kepadatan penduduknya cukup padat dan masalah desa Paseban telah menjadi masalah besar bagi kota-kota besar di Jakarta, termasuk kota Jakarta Pusat. Kegiatan pengabdian Di desa Paseban diadakan melalui kegiatan menggambar pada peserta 30 anak (mendekati usia 3-6 tahun), selain itu dilakukan kegiatan pengolahan sampah melalui penekanan prinsip pemilahan dan lingkaran kehidupan sampah dalam bentuk. Sayangnya, tidak semua warga Jakarta melakukan prinsip-prinsip itu dan berbagai kegiatan lain seperti pelatihan pembuatan asupan nutrisi dan makanan sehat yang terbuat dari singkong yang diadakan oleh PEMBINAAN KESEJAHTERAAN KELUARGA (PKK) yang disebut dengan kelompok Maxi. Maxi, melalui program Pengabdian Masyarakat telah melakukan kegiatan pembuatan di Desa Paseban. Untuk mendidik warga di Paseban, kelompok Maxie mengadakan program lomba menggambar. Program ini merupakan Program Pengabdian Masyarakat yang dilaksanakan oleh Program Studi Arsitektur Fakultas Teknik, colaborasi Universitas Institut Sains dan Teknologi Universitas Persada Indonesia sejak Juni 2013. Metode ini menggunakan metode pendidikan masyarakat dalam bentuk penyuluhan, pelatihan (workshop) masyarakat desa Paseban memiliki tema alam. Realisasi pelaksanaan kegiatan program pengabdian pada masyarakat tersebut menggunakan media kertas gambar yang sudah ada gambar dan siap untuk diwarnai gambar ukuran A3, pinsil warna Crayon. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh anak didik di lingkungan PAUD BAHAGIA RW-01 yang berjumlah tiga puluh orang (30) anak-anak usia dini. Hasil mewarnai gambar ini terbagi dalam dua katagori dengan kualitas gambar terbaik dan baik.   Kata Kunci : Paud, Gambar, Alam lingkungan, Paseban.   ABSTRACT            The problem of Paseban village has become a big problem for big cities in Jakarta, including the city of Central Jakarta. In Paseban village held activities drawing in the participants 30 childerns (age approach 3-6 years old).To overcome this, a source of waste has to emphasize the sorting principle and waste life circle in the form of. Unfortunately, not all of the Jakarta Citizen do those principles. Beside of activites in there ,any another activites checkup nutrition toodler and healthy food made of cassava held by PEMBINAAN KESEJAHTERAAN KELUARGA (PKK).Maxie through the Community Service program has carried out the activities of making in the Paseban Village. In order to educate residents in Paseban, Maxie group held a program using drawing. This program action program which is a Community Service Program implemented by the Architecture Study Program of the Faculty of Engineering, colaborasi Universitas Institut Sains and Teknologi Universitas Persada Indonesia since June 2013.The method used the method of community education in the form of counseling, training (workshop) the community of Paseban village have a theme nature.The process is using a drawing nature, The result obtained is the decreasing in having of childrens of PAUD Bahagia in the concern of nature and on produce drawing of best quality,good and sufficient.   Key words : PAUD, Drawing, Nature, Paseban.

Minimnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang Teknologi, Aplikasi Komputer dan Android untuk bersaing dalam dunia bisnis di era digital dikalangan petani, peternak dan pelaku UMKM Desa,di Desa Pringkasap Kecamatan Pabuaran Kabupaten Subang - Jawa Barat, Indonesia, telah menarik perhatian dosen-dosen Universitas Persada Indonesia YAI untuk melakukan penyuluhandengan tema Pengenalan Teknologi, Aplikasi Komputer dan Android untuk Pemasaran Hasil Peternakan, Perikanan dan UMKM Desa. Dengan tujuan agar produk yang dihasilkan mampuberkembang dan bersaing di pasar lokal, Nasional, maupun Internasional. Para peserta diberikan pengetahuan, motivasi dan peragaan untuk menggunakan teknologi komputer aplikasi smartphonedengan teknologi Android. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini berupa penyuluhan kepada 29 petani, peternak dan pelaku UMKM. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman tentang Teknologi, Aplikasi Komputer dan Android untuk bersaing dalam dunia bisnis di era digital. Saran dari hasil kegiatan ini adalah perlunya workshop mengenai penggunaan atau pemanfaatan aplikasi pada computer dan smartphone untuk membuat berbagai desain khusunya desain kemasan produk, agar lebih menarik dan mampu bersaing di pasaran.

From the colonial period to the Covid-19 pandemic, coffee cafes in Jakarta have seen significant changes. Coffee shops as public places must adjust to the pandemic situation by reducing their operating activity to prevent the virus from spreading. This adaption process then prompts coffee industry participants to come up with ways to keep coffee consumption habits consistent, such as employing outdoor spaces that are similar to rural aspects in urban settings. This study will examine the transition of coffee shops in the new normal era of the Covid-19 pandemic, building on prior research on the meaning of traditional-modern coffee shops and the performance of interior design in coffee shops. In addition, this research aims at the meaning of open space and how it relates to consumption patterns. The research method used is a literature review with in-depth analysis in order to solve issues that are related to the subject. The findings reveal that the current open space trend is a negotiation between urban-rural and public-private places. This tendency, however, poses a dilemma in terms of the monetization of the artistic portrayal of rural components adopted by coffee shops in Jakarta.
