Olhares sobre a prevenção dos acidentes de trabalho RESUMOEste artigo traz, a partir da revisão de abordagens de autores nacionais e internacionais, alguns pontos de vista sobre a questão do acidente de trabalho e sua prevenção. No espaço desse artigo, não se pretendeu esgotar esta complexa discussão, apenas apresentar pontos de vista sobre a temática. São relatadas as duas principais abordagens sobre o acidente: a tradicional e a contemporânea, além de dados relacionados aos processos educativos para prevenção de acidentes. Na conclusão, são apontados aspectos concernentes à prevenção do acidente de trabalho. Embora ela seja possível, ainda há muito a ser feito em questões teóricas e práticas para se afirmar que a atuação de uma empresa está pautada em prevenção de danos à saúde do trabalhador. ABSTRACTThis article presents, from a review of approaches to national and international authors, some views on the issue of occupational accidents and their prevention. Within this article, did not intend to discuss this complex, only to submit views on the subject. Statistics were two main a approaches to the accident: the traditional and contemporary, as well as data related to educational processes for accident prevention. In conclusion, several aspects concerning the prevention of accidents at work. Although it is possible, much remains to be done in theoretical and practical issues to be said that performance of a company is guided by preventing damage to workers' health.
This article discusses the issue of diversity in the labor context from a review of the literature on the topic and from an empirical study about the inclusion of professionals with disabilities in the labor market. This research was intended to find out about the difficulties faced by professionals with disabilities in the process of searching for a job vacancy, as well as by employers. Results have shown that both professionals with disabilities and organizations experience difficulties during this process of inclusion, consequently, Law 8.231/91 (the Quotas Act) has been partially observed by many of the companies surveyed, and the Human Resources department becomes responsible for creating practical alternatives to address the challenges this Law imposes to organizations and, irrespective of said Law, to enforce the basic right of these professionals that is social inclusion, starting with access to the workplace.
This manuscript discusses some methodologies for achieving professional practice in the 21st century. Whether in the medical, pharmacological, educational, environmental or even technological areas, we have seen that Professionalization has been effective for the formation and respect for plural identities. In this sense, the objective of this paper is to discuss Strategies to become an excellent professional in the burnout society (CHUL-HAN, 2019), in which we start from the method to emotional balance as support. During the structuring and functionality of the subject, it is necessary to recognize its limitations and performance, hence the need to systematize the evidence on the implications and benefits of professionalization, given the entire configuration of its implementation in Brazil. This is a bibliographical and documental research, of an interpretative qualitative nature. With regard to the conditions for the effectiveness of a good professional performance, a mapping of verification of the subjects' practice becomes effective, in which institutional actions arising from/funded by educational policies that are linked to reports and to the researches. Our results pointed to the fact that many criteria need to be rethought and put into practice, including reformulations about leisure and personal satisfaction in the midst of the hyper-demanding of modern times.
The investigative focus of this paper is the issue of non-use of PPE (personal protective equipment) in a trading company of chilled and frozen food products. To conduct the study we have used an ergonomic work analysis that allowed us to highlight important organizational aspects that contribute to the non-use of such equipment. In conclusion, there are suggestions for minimizing problems.
RESUMONesta pesquisa, buscou-se conhecer o contexto da (não) inclusão de profissionais com deficiência, a partir da metodologia da Grounded Theory, que contemplou um estudo empírico no qual foram envolvidas oito empresas de uma cidade no interior de Minas Gerais/Brasil. Os resultados apontam que tanto os profissionais com deficiências, quanto os gestores têm dificuldades nesse processo de inclusão. Assim, a Lei 8.231/91 (Lei de Cotas) vem sendo cumprida parcialmente pelas empresas estudadas. As contribuições desse artigo consistem em auxiliar no preenchimento das lacunas existentes na literatura quanto à utilização dessa metodologia para estudar a inclusão de deficientes no trabalho no campo da Administração, principalmente na gestão de pessoas, além de contribuir para a divulgação de algumas das potencialidades dessa metodologia para as pesquisas qualitativas.
