Objective: To understand how the nursing staff perceives the care provided to people in situations of psychiatric urgencies and emergencies in the Mobile Emergency Care Service (SAMU – Serviço de Atendimento Móvel de Urgência). Method: Descriptive and qualitative study conducted in the Northeast region of Brazil with 34 of the SAMU nursing workers. Data were obtained by semi-structured interviews and processed by the Thematic Analysis. Results: The analysis of interviews allowed the identification of three categories: mechanical practice, need for qualification and (de)humanization of care. The results showed that the care offered to users in psychiatric urgency or emergency situations is based on mechanistic and specific actions. Final considerations: Nursing workers perceive that the care for people in situations of psychiatric urgency and emergency in SAMU is mainly based on physical and chemical containment measures, performing a little resolute and dehumanized care and raising the need for professional qualification.

Por meio desse material científico traçamos um estudo da velhice no que tange à sexualidade, e elencamos como descritores o corpo e o prazer, tão discutidos já no âmbito da filosofia e da psicanálise. Nesse sentido, nosso objetivo é realizar uma revisão de literatura da velhice e da sexualidade na pós-modernidade, por meio de um estudo que engloba o corpo e o prazer. Nosso pensamento é instituído por meio da seguinte assertiva: diferentemente do que rezam alguns preconceitos oriundos do senso comum, velhice não é sinônimo de incapacidade funcional, dependência ou ausência de vivências sociais e sexuais. Ancoramo-nos, portanto, na linha de pensamento que enfatiza a necessidade de resgatar o direito a uma vida sexual na velhice, uma vez que implica poder pensar o amor em suas formas de transformação libidinal. Por fim, ressaltamos que é preciso compreendê-lo em um sentido amplo, que passa pela ternura, pelos contatos físicos que erogenizam o corpo, como o olhar, a voz e o toque.

This manuscript discusses some methodologies for achieving professional practice in the 21st century. Whether in the medical, pharmacological, educational, environmental or even technological areas, we have seen that Professionalization has been effective for the formation and respect for plural identities. In this sense, the objective of this paper is to discuss Strategies to become an excellent professional in the burnout society (CHUL-HAN, 2019), in which we start from the method to emotional balance as support. During the structuring and functionality of the subject, it is necessary to recognize its limitations and performance, hence the need to systematize the evidence on the implications and benefits of professionalization, given the entire configuration of its implementation in Brazil. This is a bibliographical and documental research, of an interpretative qualitative nature. With regard to the conditions for the effectiveness of a good professional performance, a mapping of verification of the subjects' practice becomes effective, in which institutional actions arising from/funded by educational policies that are linked to reports and to the researches. Our results pointed to the fact that many criteria need to be rethought and put into practice, including reformulations about leisure and personal satisfaction in the midst of the hyper-demanding of modern times.

This academic paper was developed with the aim of analyzing the management challenges for the effectiveness of professionalization. Managers of companies and educational units must contain all their demands in a unit in the administrative sector, so that there are no gaps or divisions in the separation of problems, such as lack of communication and difficulty in working as a team. Therefore, thinking about the actions of managers is immensely important for a good forwarding of professionalization. This is a bibliographical and documentary research, with a qualitative interpretive nature. With regard to the conditions for the effectiveness of the management process in the Brazilian business and educational fields, it became effective for us to carry out a bibliographic survey of existing studies on the subject since the turn of the 21st century. It is argued, therefore, that it is necessary to adopt a more professional and qualified management for the development and concreteness of the professional subject, as well as all those involved in the administrative system.
