This research aims to see the effect of transformational leadership on the performance of the organization in the office of the Border Management Department of the Regional Secretariat of Karimun Regency mediated by Inovasi. This study is a quantitative study that uses a sample of 60 respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with Smart PLS 2.0 software. The results showed that: (1) Innovation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the organization in the office of the Border Management Department of the Regional Secretariat of Karimun Regency, seen from the value of t values 2,589 greater than the standard set at 1.96, (2) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Innovation in the office of the Border Management Department of the Regional Secretariat of Karimun Regency with a value of t values of 38,004, (3) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the organization in the Office of Border Management Section of the Regional Secretariat of Karimun Regency with t values of 13,525, (4) Transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the organization in the office of the Border Management Department of the Regional Secretariat of Karimun District mediated by Innovation with a value of t values of 40,493.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the determinants of bank soundness on stock prices and determine the position of the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), whether it functions as a mediator in the influence of bank soundness on stock prices or not. The determinants of bank soundness which are independent variables in this study are Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). Meanwhile, Stock Price is the dependent variable and the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) is the intervening variable. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of financial statements of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population in this research were 46 banking companies with a sampling method using purposive sampling, in order to obtain a sample of 11 banking companies. This research was analyzed using the Eviews 9.0 . programThe results of this research indicate that partially and simultaneously Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR), Return On Assets (ROA), and Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) have no significant effect on the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). In contrast to the effect on stock prices, partially Return On Assets (ROA), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) have a significant effect except Loan To Deposit Ratio (LDR). Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on stock prices. Based on the results of this research, the results of path analysis are obtained, that the Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) is not a mediator in the influence of determinants of bank soundness on stock prices.
Peat water is a potential water source that can be used as clean water if being processed previously, humic acid removal becomes the main concern since it causes turbidity, high color intensity, and acidity in the peat water. One of methods that can be used to remove the humic acid from peat water is coagulation using chemical compounds in the form of a metal salt as coagulant. In this study, ferric chloride (FeCl3.6H2O) was used as the coagulant for humic acid removal. Determination of the optimum condition of coagulation was carried out with variation in pH (6-9) and FeCl3.6H2O doses (20-100 ppm). Coagulation was then conducted with the addition of chitosan as the coagulant-aid to improve the effectiveness of coagulation process,which chitosan dose was varied in the range of 10-40 ppm. It was obtained that the maximum pH value was 7 and FeCl3.6H2O dose was 80 ppm with a reductionin color and turbidity of 88.08% and 97.08%, respectively. Meanwhile, with the addition of chitosan up to 50 ppm, reduction in t-color and turbidity was increased to-94.75% and 99.07% respectively.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Kognitif anak melalui kegiatan membilang banda dan pengenalan konsep bilangan dengan menggunakan metode demonstrasi dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar yang menarik dengan cara mendengar, menirukan serta mengamatidi TK Handayani Banjaranyar tahun pelajaran 2018/2019 Subyek penelitian ini adalah guru dan anak pada anak kelompok A TK Handayani Banjaranyar yang berjumlah 16 anak yang terdiri dari 9 anak laki-laki dan 7 anak perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan metode demonstras. Dari hasil analisis Bab IV disimpulkan bahwa dengan menggunakan media yang menarik dengan cara mendengar, menirukan, serta mengamati dapat meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif anak melalui kegiatan membilang pada kelompok A di TK Handayani Banjaranyar tahun pelajaran 2013//2014. Rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas berbentuk siklus-siklus seolah-olah merupakan proses daur ulang mulai dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Dari siklus-siklus kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh hasil sebagai berikut : Siklus 1 prosentase siswa yang mampu membilang sebanyak 7 anak (43,7 %), pada siklus 2 diperoleh prosentase keberhasilan menjadi 14 anak (87,5 %), sehingga dapat diakatakan bahwa penelitian ini telah berhasil.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the science process skills of grade 5 SDN Karangpuri 1 students based on the high, medium and low abilities of students in the science of animal movement organs during the covid-19 pandemic. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques using tests, interviews and documentation. The research was carried out at SDN Karangpuri 1 for 5th grade students. The subjects of this study were 3 students representing high, medium and low ability students. The results of data analysis show that, in online learning, the three students who represent the categories of high, medium and low ability students have science process skills in themselves, but need to be improved again because there are several aspects of science process skills that students lack.
