Livestock farming is one of the very important agricultural branches in Uzbekistan. In present days there are a lot of small livestock farms. In cattle farming for increasing productivity it depends on feeding well with different types of fodder of the livestock animals. For this reason, it is necessary for these farms to develop a small chopping machine and distributor device for individual use. According to construction of available fodder-choppers and physical-mechanical properties of the rough fodder, technological schemes of the small scaled chopper-mixer and distributor device were developed. During the experiments the chopping apparatus of the fodder chopper device was researched. When rotation frequency of the rotor was 1000 rpm qualitative chopping of the coarse fodder was determined when diameter of the rotor was 450-500 mm and the number of the knives on the rotor was 24-30 pieces. Next task is making experimental variant of the small scaled fodder distributing device as well testing of performing capability its defined technological process and determination its optimal parameters.
In the world, much attention is paid to the development and application of machine straw choppers. The aim of the study is to justify the parameters of a straw chopper in the form of a hyperboloid of polycaninic form. The basic principles and methods of classical mechanics, mathematical analysis and statistics were used in this study. The authors proposed and developed a straw chopper of polycanonical form. On the basis of theoretical studies analytical dependences for definition of the frontal area of a polycanonical straw shredder depending on its parameters are determined. Multifactorial experiments were carried out, on the basis of which the optimal parameters and mode of operation of the shredder were established: length of the working part 861 mm, angle of the tray installation 38° and rotor rotation frequency 727 rpm.
The purpose of the study is to substantiate the parameters of a mini crusher-shredder for processing coarse feed stalks in farms. The feasibility of using a mini crusher-shredder for processing coarse feed in the conditions of farms and farms with a small number of animals, which has a rotary-type shredder that combines the operations of grinding and crushing, is justified. The research uses the laws and rules of mathematical statistics, mathematical planning of experiments, and the methods given in existing regulatory documents. Experimental studies were carried out to study the influence of the rotor parameters of the mini crusher-shredder on its quality performance. A compact crusher-shredder has been developed, which has good visibility of the working bodies, high reliability, and quality of work due to zootechnical requirements. Experimental studies have established that when using a hammer of a flat-turned shape with a lower sharpening and a rotation angle of 60 or more, high-quality grinding of the stems is provided.
The rotary crusher allows you to qualitatively grind pressed roughage. The authors proposed and developed an improved technological scheme of an impact crusher equipped with two beaters for dosed transfer to the grinding chamber. The impact crusher consists of a transfer chute, metering beaters, a chopping chamber, a rotor, chopping knives, fixed knives, an exit chute, a feed bin and an electric motor. The efficiency of work is determined by the following parameters: length, width and thickness of knives, rotor speed. The purpose of the work is to substantiate the parameters of the rotor and its knives. Analytical dependencies are obtained to determine the parameters of the knife. Theoretical studies have established that the minimum length of the knife should be 6.9 cm, the width of the knife is 50 mm, and its thickness is 4 mm. A model for the theoretical calculation of the probability of grinding roughage of the required size within the limits of zootechnical requirements has been obtained. Based on the calculations, the probability of cutting the feed of the required size, depending on the number of rotation of the rotors, was established.
