Desa wisata Kalanganyar di Sidoarjo, sebagian besar wilayahnya berupa pesisir, menghampar di sepanjang pantai Timur Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur. Didukung oleh adanya infrastruktur jalan, keberadaan pesisir, sungai, hutan bakau, tambak-tambak ikan serta hasil laut lainnya, merupakan potensi yang dapat dikembangkan, namun belum dieksplorasi dengan baik. Dalam upaya pengembangan wilayahnya sebagai desa wisata, diarahkan dengan menerapkan konsep kawasan tepi air. Dasar penerapan konsep kawasan tepi air adalah untuk mengoptimalkan penggunaan lahan (land use), dengan fungsi permukiman, perdagangan dan jasa (komersial) serta mengembangkan
Bangunan komersial merupakan bangunan yang padat akan aktivitas dan tentunya menghabiskan banyak energi dalam operasionalnya. Hal ini diperkuat dengan adanya buku pedoman efisiensi energi serta benchmarking specific energy consumption terhadap gedung – gedung komersial di Indonesia yang dilakukan oleh Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral. Oleh karena itu desain pasif dalam arsitektur dapat menjadi salah satu solusi. Pada studi ini akan dilakukan perhitungan energi dalam proses perancangan gedung perkantoran menggunakan Autodesk Green Building Studio (GBS), dengan membandingkan beberapa skenario penggunaan fasad yang berbeda. Metode yang digunakan dalam studi ini yakni dengan membuat tiga skenario. Dimana skenario F-1 menggunakan fasad dengan kaca yang dominan namun diberi window shade dan Double Skin Facade pada sisi selatan dan barat, F-2 menggunakan fasad dengan kaca yang dominan dan tanpa menggunakan window shade dan Double Skin Facade, F-3 menggunakan fasad dengan sedikit kaca dan bukaan serta tidak menggunakan window shade dan Double Skin Facade. Setiap skenario akan disimulasikan dan hasil pada Autodesk Green Building Studio (GBS) katagori energy use intensity (EUI) akan dibandingkan. Dari perbandingan ketiga skenario tersebut yang paling optimal dalam penggunaan energi adalah skenario penggunaan fasad F-1. pada simulasi gedung aktivitas inkubasi dan perkantoran di Surabaya menggunakan Autodesk Green Building Studio (GBS), gedung yang lebih dominan penggunaan kaca dan bukaan mempunyai efisiensi yang lebih baik dalam penggunaan energinya.
The tourism village trend that is developing at this time is one of the important parameters in the development of Sedati District. Sedati District has some potential to be developed into a tourist village. The potential of tourist villages in Sedati District can be grouped into three types of tourist villages, namely coastal, arts and culture, and history. However, the diversity of tourism potential that is owned is not widely known by the wider community, has not been managed properly, and has not been integrated between one tourist village and another. The purpose of this study is to explore the potential and constraints of tourist villages in Sedati District so that strategies can be drawn up for the development of a sustainable integrated tourism area. The research is qualitative and quantitative, with a research approach using the positivism paradigm. The data analysis technique in this study used descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis. Sedati District has 8 villages that have the potential to be developed as integrated tourism villages. Have something to do, something to see, and something to buy. The weakness is that tourism objects are not visually attractive, do not involve the community, lack promotion, and there is no branding. The development strategy that can be carried out is to integrate and collaborate with the three existing types of tourism; create a regional arrangement design concept and visual quality according to the characteristics; integrate land conversion according to the RTRW; educate and prepare the community and village officials as tourism actors; synergize inter-village policies at the sub-district level; establish cooperation with the Navy, and the private sector; promote and strengthen branding with internet media; forming pokdarwis to realize the development of tourist villages
A space in architecture always has a different representation and meaning, according to what the architect who designed the space of an architecture wanted to convey. Along with the development of the world, architecture has also undergone several changes. These changes require the Architect to follow the demands of the market without considering other elements in the architecture, one of which is the element of metaphysics. Which is one of the important elements in architecture. As stated by Lorens Bagus 1996, "Contemplation in metaphysics is the appreciation of thoughts for thoughts that bring happiness, which is obtained through the actualization of the individual's highest ability, namely reason". And in its changes, architecture begins to lose the representation and meaning of a space that is formed from the architectural process. This limits the space for the architects to represent the meaning of their work. In fact, as we know that the representation and meaning of space is the way the architect communicates with its users indirectly and can restore the architect's image as an expression of himself. In the process of making this journal, we used data collection methods from various sources.
