<p>Modul fisika berbasis <em>scientific approach</em> dikembangkan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa yang disesuaikan dengan hakikat sains sebagai proses, karakteristik materi fluida statis, dan penggunaan kurikulum 2013 yang identik dengan <em>scientific approach</em>. Penggunaan modul ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) karakteristik hasil pengembangan modul fisika berbasis <em>scientific approach</em>, (2) keefektifan penggunaan modul fisika berbasis <em>scientific approach</em> dalam meningkatkan keterampilan proses sains siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian <em>Research and Development</em> (R&D) yang mengacu pada model <em>Four</em>-<em>D</em> (4D). Data dari angket dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan persentase sedangkan data hasil keterampilan proses sains siswa dianalisis dengan uji t dua sampel berpasangan menggunakan <em>software</em> IBM SPSS Statistics 19, uji n <em>gain score</em>, dan uji <em>effect size</em> dari Cohen. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data disimpulkan: (1) karakteristik modul menyajikan materi yang meninjau aspek keterampilan proses sains (menginterpretasi, memprediksi, mengaplikasikan konsep, merancang percobaan, dan mengkomunikasikan); (2) modul memiliki nilai keefektifan sebesar 64% dalam kategori “efektif”dengan nilai <em>effect size</em> sebesar 1,32 dalam kategori “Besar”.</p>
Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu : 1) mengetahui analisis prestasi belajar siswa sebelum dan sesudah mengikuti pembelajaran fisika menggunakan metode demonstrasi melalui pendekatan quantum learning, 2) mengetahui pengaruh metode demonstrasi melalui pendekatan quantum learning terhadap prestasi belajar siswa. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas X SMAN 1 Karangwareng kabupaten Cirebon tahun ajaran 2016/2017 yang terdiri dari 9 kelas. Sampel penelitian berjumlah satu kelas yang diambil menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yaitu kelas X MIPA 1 sebagai kelompok eksperimen yang berjumlah 43 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode quasi experiment. Data empiris didapatkan melalui studi di lapangan dengan menggunakan teknik tes, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu : 1) uji instrumen antara lain: validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya pembeda, 2) uji prasyarat antara lain : normalitas, homogenitas, dan 3) uji hipotesis. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) analisis prestasi belajar siswa sesudah mengikuti pembelajaran fisika lebih besar dibandingkan sebelum mengikuti pembelajaran fisika menggunakan metode demonstrasi melalui pendekatan quantum learning, 2) pengaruh metode demonstrasi melalui pendekatan quantum learning dalam pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar siswa kelas X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Karangwareng Kabupaten Cirebon dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis yang menunjukkan nilai t-hitung= 16,297 dan nilai t-tabel= 1,68 (t-hitung>t-tabel) artinya metode demonstrasi melalui pendekatan quantum learning berpengaruh terhadap pokok bahasan gerak lurus berubah beraturan mata pelajaran fisika kelas X MIPA 1 SMA Negeri 1 Karangwareng
Problem solving skills are one of the skills needed by students in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0, so it becomes a challenge for a teacher to design creative learning. One of the media that supports students' problem solving skills is to use worksheets. Meanwhile, the worksheets used so far are general in nature. Suitable worksheets are developed that support students in solving problems, namely problem solving-based worksheets. This study aims to analyze the need for problem solving-based student worksheets. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study. This needs analysis is part of the research and development of the 4D model, specifically the Define stage. The subjects in this study were students of class XII in SMA Negeri 3 Cirebon City and chemistry teachers as informants. The results showed that students needed worksheets that were more attractive and easy to understand. The worksheets available are in accordance with KD, KI and the 2013 curriculum, but not yet according to student needs. Based on data obtained from several analyzes including analysis of student perceptions, teacher perceptions, student characteristics, curriculum, assignments, concepts and analysis of learning objectives. So it is necessary to develop problem solving worksheets, especially in the matter of ionic equilibrium and pH of salt solutions which can train students to solve problems and relate theory to facts in everyday life.
The purpose of this study was to understand the process of developing the creativity of kindergarten-aged children through exploration activities at Pertiwi Kindergarten. It was using a qualitative descriptive research method. This research prepares, understands and analyzes exploration activities as an effort to develop children's creativity. The results of the study show; the concept of exploration activities at the Pertiwi Kindergarten was carried out as a substitute for learning activities and adapted to the theme of learning. The activity forms such as; gardening, playing water, playing sand, animal exploration, and rice harvest exploration. Its implications are children's information insight is increasingly widespread, growing love toward the environment. Children become more creative and critical, and foster an attitude of children independence and responsibility.Keywords: Child Creativity Development, Exploration Activities.
Arabic language learning for grade 5 students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Botoputih, Temanggung Regency. These problems will be analyzed and then try to find solutions to overcome them. This type of qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach to reveal the issues or concerns in Arabic language learning in Grade 5 of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Botoputih. Data collection techniques used in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The results showed that Arabic language learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muhammadiyah Botoputih was generally carried out according to the lesson plan. Problems faced by students in learning Arabic consist of linguistic and non-linguistic factors. Linguistic factors consist of sentence structure, sound system, and writing problems, while non-linguistic factors are educational factors, students, methods, facilities, or media. In the linguistic aspect, the solutions are additional material teachers in the form of Nahwu, Saraf, and other material through tajweed learning at Quran Education Center (TPQ), and partnerships with TPQ around the madrasah. In comparison, the solution to non-linguistic problems is the recruitment of teachers with a background in Arabic Language Education and encouraging further master's studies, including teachers in seminars, training, and workshops, habituation to Arabic, providing student motivation and providing teaching materials and digital media to support Arabic language learning. Future research is needed to examine more deeply the innovation of Arabic language learning in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah
