The emergence of social distancing and stay at home regulations during the COVID-19 pandemic directly affects people’s lifestyle, including baby boomers and X generation. Many of them have started using digital payments for online or offline transactions to minimize contact with others. This study aims to analyze the continuance intention of the baby boomers and X generation toward the use of digital payments using UTAUT2 (Unified Theory of Acceptance Technology). Data were collected from 320 users with an age range of 40–74 who had just started using digital payments during this pandemic. Structural equation modeling has been used to analyze the data. The result indicates that UTAUT indicators positively affect user satisfaction. User satisfaction positively affects inertia. Overall satisfaction and inertia positively affect continuance intention. Therefore, digital payment companies and banks with digital services can expand their target market beyond Millennials and pay more attention to the older generation like baby boomers and X generation. Managers can find the results of this study useful and beneficial to develop their marketing strategy and take advantage of this situation to increase digital payment users to a broader age range.
<p><em>The purpose of this study is to analyze the size of the contribution of local taxes to the Ciamis Regency local own revenue. In this study, the formula for the ratio of local tax contribution to local own revenue was formulated. The research method used is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach. Measurement of contributions of local taxes on local own revenue is drawn from the local own revenue structure which consists of local taxes, regional levies, separated regional wealth results, and other legitimate regional income. The results of the study show that the contribution of local taxes to local own revenue is in the very low and low category, because during the 2013-2015 fiscal year the figure was below 26%, while in the 2016-2017 fiscal year it reached a number of 26% -50%. The low contribution of local taxes to local own revenue is due to restaurant taxes stipulated through regional regulation No. 5 of 2011, namely the imposition of a 10% tax on each transaction with consumers is still a lot of rejection from most restaurant managers, with the reason of fear of a decline in consumers.</em></p>
The culinary industry is currently one of the best industries that are developing, this has become one of the economic supports in several regions. Based on the results of the economic census report of the Tasikmalaya City in 2016 the culinary industry in percentage and number of positions was in the third position followed by the large trade industry which occupied the first position and the processing industry in the second position. This study aims to determine the impact of changes in raw material costs lucratively on the selling price determination of chicken porridge in MSMEs at the City of Tasikmalaya. The population in this study were all MSMEs chicken porridge entrepreneurs totaling 261 units, while the method used in this study was a survey method with a quantitative approach presented descriptively. The result of this study is that changes in raw material costs have an impact of 89.2% on the determination of the selling price of chicken porridge. In fact, this is clearly illustrated by the chicken porridge activists who prefer to set the selling price using a mixed method based on market costs and demand. This is because there is a concern from chicken porridge activists for the risks that they will get such as decreasing sales and automatically reducing their revenue streams.
Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini ialah tingkat kredit macet yang tergolong tinggi pada BPD pada tahun 2019 yaitu sebesar 12,175%. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui kinerja keuangan BPD di Indonesia menggunakan Capital Adequacy Ratio, Return On Asset dan Loan To Deposit Ratio. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode dekskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa BPD di Indonesia pada tahun 2019 memiliki rata-rata CAR sebesar 21,7% jauh diatas CAR minimal yang ditetapkan oleh Bank Indonesia sebesar 8%, serta memiliki rata-rata ROA sebesar 2,16% yang juga lebih besar dari minimal ROA sebesar 1,5%, selanjutnya untuk rata-rata LDR Bank Pembangunan Daerah sebesar 80,43% yang berada pada range standard LDR, sehingga dapat dikatakan BPD di Indonesia termasuk dalam ketrgori likuid. Maka berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja keuangan Bank Pembangunan Daerah di Indonesia selama periode Januari 2019 sampai dengan Desember 2019 adalah baik.
Lebih rendanhnya tingkat minat beli secara online pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi Universitas Galuh lebih dibanding minat beli secara offline. Diprakarsai ketika melakukan pembelian secara online seperti barang tidak dikirimkan penjual, kualitas barang yang dibeli tidak sesuai dengan deskripsi, pengiriman barang lama dan data pribadi disalah gunakan oknum penjual. Konsumen merasa ketakutan untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian secara online, hal ini dikarenakan konsumen memiliki pengalaman yang buruk sehingga minat beli secara online menjadi rendah. Adapaun tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan konsumen terhadap minat beli secara online pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonimi Universitas Galuh Ciamis, Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengalaman berbelanja terhadap minat beli secara online pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonimi Universitas Galuh Ciamis dan Untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepercayaan konsumen dan pengalaman berbelanja terhadap minat beli secara online pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonimi Universitas Galuh Ciamis. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis data yang diperoleh digunakan Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil dari penelitian dan pengolahan data menunjukan bahwa kepercayaan konsumen dan pengalaman berbelanja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap minat beli secara online pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonimi Universitas Galuh Ciamis dengan besarnya pengaruh sebesar 38,44 % sementara 61,56% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Diharapkan situs belanja online mampu meningkatkan jaminan produk dengan menggunakan asuransi sehigga konsumen merasa percaya untuk melakukan transaksi pembelian dan memiliki pengalaman berbelanja yang baik agar minat beli secara online akan meningkat.
