Penyakit Diabetes Melitus (DM) termasuk penyakit yang bersifat kronis akibat terjadinya peningkatan kadar glukosa darah. Kepatuhan minum obat merupakan faktor penting dalam mengontrol kadar glukosa darah. Salah satu intevensi yang dapat dilakukan oleh apoteker secara komprehensif untuk pasien dengan penyakit kronis adalah edukasi apoteker melalui home pharmacy care (HPC). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh edukasi apoteker melalui HPC pada pasien DM dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan dan kontrol glukosa darah puasa (GDP). Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan quasi-experimental pretest-posttest with control group design yang dilakukan pada bulan Agustus-November 2020. Subyek uji dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien DM tipe 2 yang mengikuti program Prolanis di Puskesmas Mlati II Sleman, Yogyakarta. Total subyek uji dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 pasien dari 65 pasien yang terbagi menjadi kelompok kontrol (30 pasien) dan intervensi (30 pasien) yang dipilih dengan metode simple random sampling. Pengukuran tingkat kepatuhan dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner ProMAS dan glucose test untuk mengukur kadar GDP. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi square untuk meniliai perbedaan karakteristik pasien, uji Wilcoxon untuk membandingkan data pretest dan posttest pada masing-masing kelompok dan uji Mann Whitney untuk membandingkan tingkat kepatuhan dan ketercapaian GDP pada kedua kelompok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa edukasi melalui HPC dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan p=0,002 (p<0,05) dan kontrol GDP dengan rata-rata penurunan kadar GDP kelompok intervensi adalah 53,67±24,31 mg/dL dan p=0,021 (p<0,05). Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian edukasi melalui HPC dapat meningkatkan kepatuhan dan ketercapaian kadar glukosa darah puasa
The climacteric period is a transition period from reproductive to unproductive, where at this time women will experience a decrease in the hormone estrogen. A decrease in the hormone estrogen will cause accompanying symptoms and changes in women. Some of the symptoms and changes that occur during this climacteric period will affect the psychological well-being and quality of life of women. One of the factors that can affect psychological well being is the existence of social support, especially support from the closest people, namely family. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and psychological well being. This research is a descriptive correlational study with a cross sectional design. This research was conducted in Gamping Kidul Village Ambarketawang Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta with a sample of 76 climacteric women aged 45-60 years. Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then recapitulated and analyzed using SPSS. The results showed that there was a relationship between family support and psychological well being of climacteric women.
Background: Social isolation is a condition of loneliness felt by the individual being unable to make contact with other people. Social isolation can result in further on the issue of fulfillment of basic needs, so it would appear hallucinations that endanger themselves and others. Objective: The purpose of writing scientific papers to describe social changes, and socialization capabilities in social isolation's patients using nursing care management of psychiatric specialist. Methods: Nursing orders given to 22 clients using nurses action, Social Skills Training (SST), and Cognitive-Behavioral and Social Skills Training (CBSST). Result: Results obtained reduction in social symptoms of social isolation mark that includes withdraw behaviour, interaction difficulties, refuse to communicate with others, fail to interact with others nearby, disabillity to participate in social activities, ignoring the environtment, and mistrust with others. The result also shown the improvement of socialization patient ability. Conclusion: : There were reduction in symptoms of social isolation obviously showed on social aspects as well as an increase in the client's ability to socialize. Recommendations of this study was to use a combination of measures such as nurses and specialist nurses Social Skills Training and Cognitive-Behavioral and Social Skills Training on clients with social isolation.

Pendahuluan: Perawat profesional tidak hanya membutuhkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan tetapi juga harus didukung oleh karakteristik pribadi yang baik seperti kemandirian untuk menjamin kenyamanan dan keselamatan pasien. Pendidikan karakter ini dapat diajarkan kepada mahasiswa keperawatan sejak mereka berada di tingkat akademis dengan memanfaatkan teknologi melalui film pendek. Tujuan: Mengetahui keefektifan media film pendek untuk menumbuhkan perilaku self-reliance pada mahasiswa keperawatan Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani Yogyakarta. Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan rancangan pre experimental one grup pretest-posttest. Responden adalah mahasiswa keperawatan semester I sejumlah 38 orang yang diambil melalui teknik simple random sampling. Perlakuan dilakukan dengan memutar film pendek berjudul ASA, 1x sehari selama 2 hari berturut-turut. Data pengetahuan dan perilaku diambil menggunakan kuesioner yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dan dependent t-test. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya perbedaan nilai mean pada variabel pengetahuan dan perilaku sebelum dan setelah intervensi. Berdasarkan hasil uji Wilcoxon mengindikasikan bahawa film pendek ASA efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan mahasiswa (p=0.006). Sedangkan pada variabel perilaku, film pendek ASA belum dinilai efektif untuk meningkatkan perilaku self-reliance mahasiswa keperawatan (p>0.05). Kesimpulan: Pemilihan media pembelajaran yang menarik dan inovatif dapat meningkatkan minat mahasiswa untuk melihat sehingga tujuan dapat tersampaikan dengan baik yang berdampak pada peningkatan pengetahuan mahasiswa
