The objectives of the research study are analyze the Female Empowerment in Academic Decision and Career Development The research tool designed to carry out the study were two separate questionnaires. The subjects of this research study were analysis of female empowerment in academic decisions and career development. Three seventy students were selected from Islamia university Bahawalpur and three seventy working women from all sphere of life in district Bahawalpur were asked to response about academic and career developments decisions through the questionnaire. The data collected through the questionnaires was analyzed and interpreted. The results were tabulated in percentage and mean score. To find out the percentage mean, score standard deviation, t-value and df, t-test and ANOVA were used. The empowerment level of decision making was verified through the views of working women and female students.
The article aims to examine to check the effectiveness of professional training organized by Cluster Training and support centers (CTSCs) to explore relationship among the factors of professional training organized by (CTSC) and to predict the impact of professional training of teachers on their performance. The problem stated in this study was to analyzing the role of Cluster Training and support centers (CTSCs) as a resource center in professional development of teachers. The target population was comprised of all the teacher of district Faisalabad. Researcher used multistage sampling method to collect data. The sample consisted of 120 school teachers. Findings of the study revealed that Teachers who received re-training based on the school cluster meetings and interactions have improved competences in the teaching. Majority of responses showed that Teachers instructed by CTSC training had the benefit of active and participatory learning and development program enhanced their competences in pedagogy which accounted for the success of their lesson.
This study was intended to determine the practices of quality management adopted by the administrators of the teacher training institutions in Punjab Pakistan. The study was delimited to thirty (30) GCETs and ten (10) campuses of the education university out of which 40 Principals and 60 teachers were selected by using Simple Random Sampling (SRS) technique. A five point rating scale was developed keeping in view the Juran and Demings' Quality management frame work for the leaders and administrators. The same questionnaire was administered to the Teachers to cross check the opinions of the Principals for authenticity of the results. The collected data were analyzed by applying inferential as well as descriptive statistics. The results revealed the poor practices of quality management adopted by the administrators in these institutions. The paper suggests providing a special training to all the Principals regarding quality management and the inclusion of a new subject entitled "Managing Quality in Teacher Education" in all the teacher training programs
