Drug addiction is a widespread problem in Malaysia. Various treatments to cure drug addiction are discussed in this study. Among this treatments are religious approaches, based on the Quran and al-Sunnah. The research questions are more on the concept of drug addiction and drug dangers, conventional addiction treatment and alternative treatment of Islam as discussed. The methodology of this scientific study focuses on qualitative methods. This study focuses on the analysis of the work and the results of the findings. The results show that the Islamic approach is more successful than conventional treatment. Therefore, Islamic treatment is given priority in restoring drug addiction which is important to apply in every institution, rehabilitation center and the family of addicts themselves. Masalah penagihan dadah adalah masalah yang semakin berleluasa di Malaysia. Pelbagai rawatan untuk memulihkan ketagihan dadah dibincangkan di dalam kajian ini. Antara rawatannya ialah pendekatan agama, berlandaskan al-Quran dan al-Sunnah. Persoalan kajian ini lebih kepada konsep penagihan dadah dan bahaya dadah, rawatan ketagihan secara konvensional dan juga rawatan ketagihan secara alternatif keislaman yang telah dibincangkan. Metodologi kajian ilmiah ini berfokuskan kepada metod kualitatif. Kajian ini memberi tumpuan kepada analisis karya dan hasil dapatan yang telah didokumentasikan. Hasil kajian mendapati pendekatan secara islamik adalah lebih berjaya berbanding dengan rawatan secara konvensional. Oleh yang demikian, rawatan secara Islam diberi keutamaan dalam memulihkan ketagihan dadah yang merupakan perkara penting untuk diaplikasikan di setiap institusi, pusat pemulihan dan kalangan keluarga penagih itu sendiri.
