Speed and power are the most important physical components in badminton with the current rally point system. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of badminton shadow training on power and speed. This research used experimental research with randomized group pre-test and post-test design. The subjects of this study were male students IKOR unesa 2018 class which were randomly divided into experimental group 1 (K1) and experimental group 2 (K2) consisting of 10 people per group. K1 group was given badminton shadow training with 1: 1 interval training method and K2 group with 1: ½ interval training method with 15 seconds training time. The power test is performed using jump MD and the speed test is carried out with a 30 Meter sprint test. Paired t test results were significant (p <0.05) on power (p = 0.035) and speed (p = 0.006) at K1, whereas at K2 were also significant at power (p = 0,000) and speed (p = 0.014). Independent sample t test results were not significant at the power (p = 0.190), while the speed was also not significant (p = 0.165). In conclusion, badminton shadow training can increase power and speed with both 1:1 or 1: ½ interval training ratios. Shadow badminton training with 1: ½ interval training is more to increase power and speed because on average the results are better than shadow badminton training with 1:1 interval training.
Olahraga dapat meningkatkan imun tubuh dan mengurangi resiko infeksi terhadap penyakit. Dengan meningkatnya imun tubuh, maka efek kesehatan akibat penyakit yang menyerang dapat dikurangi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku saku pencegahan infeksi Covid-19 melalui olahraga. Model penelitian pengembangan ini menggunakan (Research and Development) Analysis, Design, Development, Implementasi, Evaluation (ADDIE). Instrument penelitian menggunakan angket dan wawancara ahli materi (olahraga dan kesehatan) dan ahli bahasa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku saku yang dikembangkan layak digunakan berdasarkan penilaian 6 orang ahli terhadap komponen materi, bahasa dan tampilan. Rata-rata ahli memberikan nilai sangat baik pada komponen isi (3,60) dan Bahasa (3,75), sedangkan pada komponen tampilan rata-rata nilainya baik (3,52). Pada respon mahasiswa didapatkan nilai persentase jawaban “Ya” sebesar 91,72% dengan kategori baik sehingga buku saku layak untuk digunakan.
The purpose of this research is to identify and to obtain various information related to the level of service satisfaction in the implementation of Teacher Professional Program in 2020. The type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all Teacher Professional Education Program participants in stages 1-4, totaling 1632 students consisting of 15 study programs at the State University of Surabaya. The sample used in this study was 971 students of the Teacher Professional Education Program of 2020 academic year. The data collection method used was a questionnaire. The questionnaire developed by the researchers has 6 indicators including: (1) LMS (Learning Management System), (2) Helpdesk Teacher Professional Education Program IT team, (3) Teacher Professional Education Program Instructors (Lecturers), (4) In-service teachers, (5) Participants, and (6) Material. The data obtained were analyzed descriptively, qualitatively and quantitatively. Based on the results and discussion, it can be concluded that the level of service satisfaction in the implementation of Teacher Professional Education Program in 2020 is good. In addition, it is also supported by the results of the six indicators showing the satisfaction of students who take Teacher Professional Education Program in position 2020 which was held online. Although in general it runs smoothly in the implementation of Teacher Professional Education Program in Position in 2020, however there were still some shortcomings or obstacles that arise in the implementation, especially interactions in the LMS both with instructors, tutors, helpdesk and the learning management system itself. Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendapatkan berbagai informasi terkait tingkat kepuasan pelayanan dalam pelaksanaan PPG Dalam Jabatan tahun 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh peserta PPG Dalam Jabatan tahap 1-4 yang berjumlah 1632 mahasiswa terdiri 15 Prodi yang ada di Universitas Negeri Surabaya. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 971 mahasiswa yang mengikuti PPG Daljab tahun 2020. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yakni angket. Angket yang dikembangkan oleh peneliti memiliki 6 indikator diantaranya: (1) LMS, (2) Helpdesk tim IT PPG, (3) Instruktur PPG (Dosen), (4) Guru Pamong, (5) Peserta, dan (6) Materi. Data yang diperoleh akan dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan dapat disimpulkan tingkat kepuasan pelayanan dalam pelaksanaan PPG Dalam Jabatan tahun 2020 baik. Selain itu juga, didukung hasil dari keenam indikator menunjukkan kepuasan dari mahasiswa yang mengikuti PPG Dalam Jabatan tahun 2020 yang dilaksanakan secara daring. Walaupun secara garis besar berjalan dengan lancar dalam pelaksanaan PPG Dalam Jabatan tahun 2020, tentunya masih ada beberapa kekurangan atau hambatan yang muncul dalam pelaksanaan terutama interaksi dalam LMS baik dengan instruktur, guru pamong, helpdesk dan system lms itu sendiri. Physical exercise can cause fatigue, resulting in a decrease in muscle work efficiency. This study aimed to analyze the potential of massage to accelerate recovery through a literature review. This type of research is a literature review. Article searches were carried out using a comprehensive strategy in research journal databases such as Web of Science (WOS), Scopus, and Pubmed. The keywords used are massage, physical exercise, muscle pain, inflammatory response, and recovery. The inclusion criteria are journals that discuss sports massage, physical exercise, muscle pain, inflammatory response, and recovery after exercise. Furthermore, the exclusion criteria are journals published in the last 6 years from 2022. 30 articles were obtained, and 12 articles were analyzed based on the suitability of the topic, objectives, research protocol, and research results. Exercises performed at high intensity, especially with repetitive eccentric movements, will cause muscle damage, inflammation, and muscle pain. This review reports that physical intensity exercise that triggers muscle soreness has many advantages when massaged. This benefit is so beneficial in sports that the potential for the use of regular NSAIDs is reduced. In addition, massage has the potential to accelerate recovery, reduce pain intensity, and increase ROM and muscle strength after physical exercise. Therefore, we recommend that massage be used as an alternative to speed up recovery and reduce pain intensity after exercise.
Football is a high-intensity game of long duration, so in addition to technical, tactical, strategic and mental factors, there is one more determining factor, namely muscle fatigue, this factor which is often forgotten by coaches and players. The cause of player fatigue is due to heavy training or a tight competition schedule, there is a metabolic waste in the blood called lactic acid, this buildup of lactic acid causes fatigue but actually some of the lactic acid can be converted back into energy. The research objective to be achieved in this study was to determine the effect of exercise massage and muscle stretching in reducing lactic acid levels in the blood after a 45-minute round 1 soccer match. The type of research used is the type of research used is descriptive research. The population in this study, namely the population in this study were all football players in one team, namely 22 players from the Surabaya partner club. The data collection method used in this study is the measurement of blood lactic acid levels. The instrument used in this study was a blood lactic acid test using a blood lactic acid level measuring device. The data obtained will be analyzed using inferential statistics, namely the independent T test. Based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the provision of sports massage and muscle stretching can reduce levels of lactic acid in the blood after the first half of the soccer match for 45 minutes. Based on the findings of the research on the first and second treatments, some suggestions are given, including; (1) for soccer players after training or matches, it is better to give sports massages and muscle stretching to maintain stamina in the next round, so that they can be maximized in training and matches; and (2) players who will be doing training or matches should stretch or warm up before being deployed to the field to avoid injury.
