This study aimed to reveal the Dayah Perbatasan innovation based on the concept of organization development. Dayah Perbatasan is a government-affiliated Islamic boarding school educational institution. Operatively, Dayah Perbatasan is under Aceh province's education department. The research method used in descriptive qualitative approach. The subject of this study were pesantren leaders, school principal, vice of curriculum and pesantren senior teacher. The data collection technique used observation, interviews, focus group interviews and analysis of documentation materials. The data were analyzed by using the constant comparative analysis method. Based on the result, there were three innovations in the Dayah Perbatasan, first work engagement; second, leadership trust and the last organization management; These three innovations could lead the Dayah Perbatasan to be an innovative Islamic Boarding School in Aceh Province. This study has the originality of the concept value of developing pesantren government-style. In addition, the study adopted the development theory of change management organizations integrated with various factors related to boarding school changes.
The main objectives of management are productivity and satisfaction. Productivity itself is influenced by material-material development, technology, and human performance. The TQM concept was developed for the first time in the Industrial/business field. TQM is also known as the MMT approach or a strategy to realize the organization's vision and mission, by increasing effectiveness and productivity in an effort to win an increasingly fierce competition. Productivity in the application of TQM is in line with the following principles, (1) the main responsibilities of top management (principals, foundations); (2) quality must be focused on students and evaluation must be based on educational interests; (3) the design of the educational process and learning methods must be clear to achieve conformity to curriculum quality; (4) every educator and education staff is responsible for achieving good quality teaching; (5) quality must be a reference priority in planning should not be valued after becoming finished goods, but must be from the beginning. (since making components); (6) identification of problems with rapid solutions; (7) educational institutions strive (strive) in carrying out continuous product quality improvements; (8) links with stakeholders in implementing TQM.
Contemporary view showed the position of communication to achieve educational organization purpose. Besides, communication has important role to create organization individual attitude. The importance of organization in education organization to minimize bad conflict. The result of this study showed that communication has taken preventive and represive steps to manage conflict in the organization. Communication also has important role to implemented conflict management activities in the organization. Communication also has informative, regulative, persiasive and integrative roles to manage conflict in organization.
The primary responsibility of school supervisors in general is to supervise in the managerial and academic fields. The role of school administrators is critical in overcoming problems, particularly in increasing teacher professionalism and adapting to technological advances and changing times. Teacher professionalism refers to the necessary competencies, which include pedagogic competence, personal competence, professional competence, and social competence. In today's globalized world, school administrators are faced with roles that require more skills in terms of school construction. The following are the goals of this study: Describe the supervisory role of teacher professionalism at the Ananda Pante Raya Integrated Islamic Kindergarten in the Wih Pesam sub-district of the Bener Meriah district. 2) Describe how IHT was implemented at Ananda Integrated Islamic Kindergarten in the Wih Pesam. This is a qualitative study that takes a descriptive approach and employs case study analysis. The findings of the study are as follows: 1). School supervisors are capable of carrying out their roles effectively in Ananda Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, which includes the role of school supervisors as trainers, coaches, mentors, innovators, motivators, facilitators, and motivators. As the supervisor of the Ananda Integrated Islamic Kindergarten, he has been able to invest in improving teacher professionalism as a resource, coworker, and relation. 2) The Ananda Integrated Islamic Kindergarten's in-house training activities have an effect on changes in good character, changes in the social field, personal changes, pedagogical changes, and changes in professional competence. This in-house training activity was developed through discussions with school supervisors, principals, and teachers.
