The world of work has undergone a major transformation in recent decades in our sociocultural context. Thus, new job demands and mismatch between the requirements of the job in organizations and performance capabilities of each subject have led to the emergence of new risks called psychosocial, including burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization or dehumanization and lack of personal accomplishment at work), whose prevalence has increased, becoming a social problem, therefore, is vital to define strategies to reduce burnout. This research work aims to determine strategies to avoid the mentioned psychological disorder. The research methodology is documentary and descriptive. The technique used in the study was that of signing, which is a way to collect and analyze information from the documentary and bibliographical research.
