In this paper, we use a statistical arbitrage method in different developed and emerging countries to show that the profitability of the strategy is based on the degree of market efficiency. We will show that our strategy is more profitable in emerging ones and in periods with greater uncertainty. Our method consists of a Pairs Trading strategy based on the concept of mean reversion by selecting pair series that have the lower Hurst exponent. We also show that the pair selection with the lowest Hurst exponent has sense, and the lower the Hurst exponent of the pair series, the better the profitability that is obtained. The sample is composed by the 50 largest capitalized companies of 39 countries, and the performance of the strategy is analyzed during the period from 1 January 2000 to 10 April 2020. For a deeper analysis, this period is divided into three different subperiods and different portfolios are also considered.

Hablamos de una red social en la cual se fomenta la participación activa de los usuarios en temas relacionados con política, sociedad y/o educación Gracias a las nuevas tecnologías se puede organizar, registrar, almacenar y compartir en tiempo real todos los cambios que se están viviendo y participar de una manera activa en ellos sin necesidad de pertenecer a un grupo organizado o estar cursando algún programa académico específico.

En la última década, el mercado financiero ecuatoriano se ha tornado muy dinámicodebido a la permanente interacción entre el Estado y empresas del sector privado ocasionandoque haya mayor flujo de circulante en la economía y con esto el uso de fuentes alternativas definanciamiento para inversión. Es así como el mercado de capitales en el Ecuador se hadesarrollado a pasos agigantados debido a que procesos como la titularización de cartera tanto deconsumo como inmobiliaria y de flujo de fondos se han tornado una inmejorable alternativa definanciamiento para empresas pequeñas y medianas. En el presente trabajo de investigación sepretende demostrar que este método de financiamiento es de menor costo y de mayor alcance silo comparamos con el que ofrecen las instituciones financieras tradicionales como bancos ycooperativas de ahorro y crédito.

The world of work has undergone a major transformation in recent decades in our sociocultural context. Thus, new job demands and mismatch between the requirements of the job in organizations and performance capabilities of each subject have led to the emergence of new risks called psychosocial, including burnout (emotional exhaustion, depersonalization or dehumanization and lack of personal accomplishment at work), whose prevalence has increased, becoming a social problem, therefore, is vital to define strategies to reduce burnout. This research work aims to determine strategies to avoid the mentioned psychological disorder. The research methodology is documentary and descriptive. The technique used in the study was that of signing, which is a way to collect and analyze information from the documentary and bibliographical research.
