This research focuses on the marketing strategy, which is one of the principle activities done by companies in their effort to secure and enhance the longevity of their business. It also creates and enhances the demands made by consumers. Therefore, increasing sell revenue and making more profits from it. In their effort to get maximum profits, the companies must be able to run the center point of marketing mix. The best way to do it is by applying the SWOT analysis – which stands for strength, weakness, opportunities, and threats – to each of the variable in the marketing mix. The research uses descriptive qualitative method. This method is applied to an educational institution called “prima mandiri utama”. There are three steps in acquiring the data, namely: observation, interview, and documentation. Next, the activities within the institution is discussed and analyzed. The validity of the data is strengthened by the further exploration of other sources which are taken from numerous important individuals, namely: the president director, HR manager, the academic manager marketing coordinators and staffs, also the students and parents. The research shows that the marketing mix in “Prima Mandiri Utama” is still unbalance; this can be seen from the SWOT analysis of the seven variables which do not get an even attention. Some variables get neglected whereas some other is being overly done. Nonetheless, the marketing mix strategy in “Prima Mandiri Utama” has been very well done; this can be seen from mobile implementation of it, the institution does not imitate the rival companies, they are also managed to comprehend the situation around the institution although the future planning is not significant yet.
Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pendekatan kuantitatif dan metodenya ialah deskriptif. Hasil yang didapatkan dari penelitian ini adalah keaktifan berorganisasi mahasiswa dengan tingkat sangat aktif memiliki IPK rata-rata 3,60 dengan IPK tertinggi 3,81 dan IPK terendah 2,43, dengan keaktifan tingkat aktif memiliki IPK rata – rata 3,31 dengan IPK tertinggi 3,75 dan IPK terendah 2,25, dan keaktifan cukup aktif memiliki IPK rata – rata 3,36 dengan IPK tertinggi 3,61 dan IPK terendah 3,11. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat keaktifan berorganisasi pada tingkat sangat aktif IPK rata-rata paling tinggi di bandingkan tingkat keaktifan berorganisasi aktif dan cukup aktif. Akan tetapi, keaktifan berorganisasi pada tingkat aktif memiliki IPK rata-rata lebih rendah dari IPK rata-rata keaktifan berorganisasi pada tingkat cukup aktif. Terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan keaktifan mahasiswa berorganisasi terhadap prestasi akademik mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi UPR.
Pembelajaran yang dilakukan secara e-learning masih kurang optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pembelajaran online masih membingungkan dan menjadikan beberapa peserta didik pasif. Perbedaan ekonomi setiap siswa yang berbeda juga menjadi kendala dalam pembelajaran berbasis online. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisis pengaruh pembelajaran e-learning terhadap mutu belajar mahasiswa. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling, sehingga jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan tiga cara, yaitu penelitian lapangan (Field Research), kepustakaan (Library Research), dan riset internet (Online Research). Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yaitu kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yakni dengan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, dan menganalisis data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pembelajaran e-learning berada dalam kategori sedang. Mutu pembelajaran mahasiswa pendidikan ekonomi juga berada dalam kategori sedang. Pembelajaran e-learning memiliki pengaruh yang terhadap mutu belajar mahasiswa. Disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran e-learning memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap mutu belajar mahasiswa. Diharapkan guru dapat menciptakan pembelajaran e-learning secara inovatif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa.
This study aimed to analyze the implementation, support, and inhibiting factors of nucu ngoruh in Dayak Siang traditional weddings. A qualitative method with observation, interviews, and documentation was utilized to get the research finding. The implementation of nucu ngoruh in traditional Dayak Siang marriages in Saripoi Village consisted of two versions. The first version of the wedding procession was making pondong, making lawang sakepeng, making hompong, and the marriage contract process. The second version of the marriage procession was pantan pulut, pali manasai, ngiap or kandan ngiap, second hompong and third hompong, which includes hompong balanga, lawang sakepeng, Manasai dance, hompong human/female, and the bride and groom sat side by side on the Mura gong. The supporting factor for nucu ngoruh was that indigenous peoples highly respected the provisions of social and divine values, so indigenous people adjusted to the provisions for the preparation of traditional goods, and the procession of traditional marriages might also be under customary rules. Finally, there were four inhibiting factors for nucu ngoruh. First, the groom was not ready either physically or mentally. The second was the lack of financial support provided. The third was the absence of people who mastered the art of sculpture was make statues to complete the implementation of the traditional Dayak Siang wedding. Fifth, there was no written text or manual procedure for implementing the traditional Dayak Siang wedding procession.
Honda has become a market leader that has never been displaced from its position as the top leader in a motorcycle manufacturer with high sales. However, in recent years Honda's position has been shifted by Yamaha. The purpose of this study is to analyze the distribution of the percentage of frequency on the satisfaction of using a Honda motorcycle. This type of research includes experimental research in the form of quasi-experiments. This study uses a descriptive method with a survey approach and uses a random sampling technique. The survey in this study was conducted through information gathering techniques by compiling a list of questions (questionnaires) to be submitted to respondents. The number of samples used is 57 respondents, with an error rate of 10%. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive analysis. The study results are motorcycle user satisfaction at the Tunas Jaya Abadi Motor Palangka Raya dealer, seen from the product quality dimension. It is known that users are more interested in attractive Honda motorcycle design indicators. From the price dimension, it is known that most of the users are satisfied. For the price marketed at the Tunas Jaya Abadi Motor Palangka Raya dealer. From the dimension of service quality, users are pretty satisfied with the service at the Fleet Tunas Jaya Abad dealer. From the emotional factor dimension, it is known that users are satisfied with the service at the Tunas Jaya Abadi Motor dealer. Concluded that the frequency distribution percentage significantly affects the satisfaction of Honda Tunas Jaya motorcycle users.
