This article aims to determine the effect of inductive learning model and critical thinking on students history learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 1 Pandeglang. This article is a type of quantitative research using experimental design methods of treatment by level 2x2. Based on the results of the research show that: (1) Results of student history learning that follows Inductive learning model is higher than the students who follow the model of direct learning; (2) There is interaction between learning model and critical thinking ability; (3) Student learning outcomes with high critical thinking skill and following Inductive learning model is higher than students with high critical thinking ability and follow direct learning model; (4) The learning outcomes of students with low critical thinking skills and follow the inductive learning model is lower than the students with low critical thinking skills and follow the direct learning model. The result of this research is influence of inductive learning model and the ability to think critically about the students' learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 1 Pandeglang. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran induktif dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar sejarah siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Pandeglang. Artikel ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model eksperimen desain treatment by level 2x2. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: (1) Hasil belajar sejarah siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran induktif lebih tinggi dari pada siswa yang mengikuti model pembelajaran langsung; (2) Terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran dan kemampuan berpikir kritis; (3) Hasil belajar siswa dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi dan mengikuti model pembelajaran induktif lebih tinggi dari pada siswa dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis tinggi dan mengikuti model pembelajaran langsung; (4) Hasil belajar siswa dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis rendah dan mengikuti model pembelajaran induktif lebih rendah dari pada siswa dengan kemampuan berpikir kritis rendah dan mengikuti model pembelajaran langsung. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran induktif dan kemampuan berpikir kritis terhadap hasil belajar sejarah siswa di SMA Negeri 1 Pandeglang.
This article aims to reveal how peace education is delivered through history lessons at Jakarta Senior High Schools. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The core informants in this study were history subject teachers at SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta and SMA S Cengkareng 1. Based on the results of the study, it was found that peace education in history learning was carried out by including the values of peace or character, and morals related to peace, such as nationalism, tolerance, and peace-loving. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana pendidikan perdamaian disampaikan melalui pembelajaran sejarah di SMA Jakarta. Metode penilitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan inti dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta dan SMA S Cengkareng 1. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pendidikan perdamaian dalam pembelajaran sejarah dilakukan dengan cara memasukkan nilai-nilai perdamaian atau karakter, dan moral yang berkaitan dengan perdamaian, seperti nasionalisme, toleransi, dan cinta damai.
The integrative instruction model of Indonesian History in this study is an instruction model design that integrates Indonesian History with local history in Jakarta, Depok, and Tangerang. The aim is to be able to develop a model of Indonesian History instruction that would be more effective in increasing student understanding. This study applied qualitative descriptive research. The data collecting technique was conducted through observation, interviews, and documents. The data analysis was carried out using triangulation techniques. Learning Indonesian History is very important in developing the characteristics and nationalism of students. Efforts to improve and maximize students' understanding of Indonesian History material can be done through the integration of local history in the immediate environment of the student's residence. In this case, local history has a closeness and local perspective in the context of national history which is studied in the study of Indonesian History.
This article aims to reveal how the value of tolerance is implemented in learning history in high school. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The core informants in this study were history teachers and students at Dharma Karya Jakarta High School which was conducted from April to September 2021. Based on the results of the study it was found that the value of tolerance in history learning was carried out by incorporating tolerance values as a form of multicultural education, values-Multicultural values help students understand controversial material so that they can take positive lessons from a historical event. The conclusion of this study is that the value of tolerance should be applied in learning history, related to the importance of the value of tolerance in strengthening the value of the unity of the multicultural Indonesian society. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana nilai toleransi diimplemetasikan dalam pembelajaran sejarah di SMA. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Informan inti dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran sejarah dan siswa di SMA Dharma Karya Jakarta yang dilakukan mulai bulan April-September 2021. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa nilai toleransi dalam pembelajaran sejarah dilakukan dengan cara memasukkan nilai-nilai toleransi sebagai wujud pendidikan multikultur, nilai-nilai multikultural membantu siswa dalam memahami materi kontroversial, sehingga dapat mengambil pembelajaran positif dari suatu peristiwa sejarah. Kesimpulannya dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai toleransi seharusnya diterapkan dalam pembelajaran sejarah, berkaitan dengan pentingnya nilai toleransi dalam memperkuat nilai persatuan masyarakat Indonesia yang multikultur.
This research about the goals of pre service history education teachers in preparing for the millennial generation. The research was obtained specifically from student of Universitas Negeri Jakarta and Universitas Sebelas Maret, Surakarta and described how they built their minds to become critical teachers and understand in this digital era. The research method used survey with 40 student random sampling and deep interview technique. The results show that pre service teacher students who including the millennial generation, have dreams and goals to become history teachers who influences their perspective on foreign cultures and receive information that tends to be uncritical. According to them, one factor that threatens national culture is globalization. Therefore as a young generation, must be able to themselves position in globalization. Based on the research deep historically is an integral part in analyze the events understand various national issues. This research contributes to the development of adaptive curriculum for building character of the millennial generation.
