This study aims to determine the role of the family, community, and tertiary environment towards the formation of caring character in the geography education student environment. The output of this study was a four-indexed indexed education journal and a UNIMED google scolar. Samples from the study population were 20 respondents with 30 items about questionnaires. The time of the study starts from May 2018 to October 2018. The measurement scale in this study is the scale of the briquette. Data collection by means of library studies, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaire questionnaires and interviews. Based on the results of questionnaire data processing, the family environment has a very high frequency in the formation of character of the student's environmental care with an achievement level of a total score of 91%. Furthermore, the role of the campus environment also has a high frequency in the formation of the character of the student's environmental care with a total score of 89%. Whereas the family environment has a low frequency in the formation of character of student environmental care with a total score of 57%. It can be concluded that the family environment has the most role in forming the character of the student's environmental care.
Pembinaan penyusunan tes buatan guru dalam pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam ranah evaluasi pembelajaran. Meningkatnya pemahaman dan keterampilan guru dalam hal penyusunan tes pada akhirnya akan meningkattkan kualitas pembelajaran. Tes yang baik mampu mengukur dengan tepat sejauh mana pembelajaran itu berhasil. Kegiatan pembinaan ini dilakukan untuk Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) Geografi SMA/MA Kota Langsa. Target dari kegiatan ini adalah dalam waktu tiga bulan guru SMA/MA kota Langsa mampu dan terampil membuat tes buatan guru yang baik dan benar menurut kaidah evaluasi pembelajaran. Metode kegiatan ini berupa pembinaan penyusunan soal tes buatan guru kepaada MGMP geografi Kota Langsa yang berjumlah dua belas orang. kegiatan ini diawali dengan pelatihan penyusunan soal tes buatan guru dan dilanjutkan dengan analisis butir soal yang telah dibuat untuk mengetahui kualitas tes yang telah dibuat. Pembinaan ini dilakukan selama tiga bulan. Tim pengusul PKM jugaakan melakukan pendampingan selama kegiatan berlangsung. Pada akhir kegiatan, akan dilakukan evaluasi dan pembuatan rencana tindak lanjut agar pembinaan yang diterima mitra dapat berlanjut secara mandiri. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini berupa instrument tes buatan guru mata pelajaran geografi yang sudah teruji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran dan daya beda tes sehingga sudah memenuhi standar tes yang baik dalam sebuah evaluasi pembelajaran.Kata kunci : tes buatan guru, mata pelajaran geografi.
Online-based learning platforms are becoming an important thing to be implemented at the time of this pandemic. Google classroom is one of them. however, the online-based learning process required self-directed learning related to determining goals and ways to make it happen. the purpose of this study was to look at self-directed learning students based on their previous achievements. This research is a pre-experimental research design with a one-shot case study. the results of the study prove that students with good learning achievement get a good self-directed learning scale score as well. Based on ANOVA analysis, one path for each category of high learning achievement is significantly different from the medium category and also different from the low category. students with good achievements tend to have goals and ways to achieve learning.
The family environment has an important role in shaping the character of the environmental care character of students. This study aims to determine the role of the family environment in the formation of the environmental care character of teacher education students. This is quantitativedescriptive research using the survey method. The measurement in this research is the label scale. Data were collected through literature study, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. This study uses a percentage formula. The results showed that there was a role of the family environment in the formation of caring character for the student environment. The percentage of the role of the family environment was very high, with a total score of 91%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the family environment plays a very important role in shaping the character of caring among students.
<p><em>This study aims to describe the application of e-learning in improving students' understanding of earthquake disaster preparedness. This study used a quasi-experimental design with an equivalent time series type. The research sample was taken of grade 10 Senior High School 5 Banda Aceh with a non-probability sampling method. The stage of this research is that students are given a pre-test to see their initial level of understanding before being given a treatment, then students are given a treatment in the form of earthquake preparedness learning through the e learning model. the understanding of students after participating in learning with the e learning model has increased by 14.44 %. As for the n-gain value is 0.54 (moderate criteria), the N-gain value indicates that learning with the e-learning model is effective in improving students' understanding of earthquake disaster preparedness. based on research data analysis it was seen that students' understanding of earthquake disaster preparedness had increased compared to before. Meanwhile, related to the effectiveness of learning, based on data analysis, it was found that learning earthquake disaster preparedness using the e-learning model was effective in increasing students' understanding of earthquake disaster preparedness.</em></p>
