The purpose of this study is to formulate strategies to improve the welfare of fishermen during the Covid-19 pandemic in Samatiga District that can be carried out by the West Aceh regional government and to analyze the opportunities and challenges in implementing government strategies to improve the welfare of fishermen during the Covid-19 pandemic in Samatiga District. West Aceh District. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative with data triangulation. The theory used is SWOT analysis and litmus test to measure the strategic issues that are formed. The results of this study are strategies for increasing the welfare of fishermen in Samatiga sub-district, West Aceh Regency, namely increasing the economic empowerment of fishermen to increase the selling value of their catch through fishermen groups
Regional Regulation (Perda) concerning Prevention and Improvement of Quality of Slums and Slums is an instrument to prevent the growth and development of slums in livable housing and settlements and to improve the quality of housing and settlements that are indicated as slums to become livable. Regional regulations on the Prevention and Improvement of Quality of Slum Housing and Slum Settlements are expected to contain regulations as regulated in national legislation and are equipped with specific local content for each region and to assist the Regional Government in the drafting process of the Regulation on Prevention and Quality Improvement of Slums and Slum Settlements, the Government (in this case the Directorate of Settlement Development, Directorate General of Human Settlements, Ministry of Public Works) has prepared a Regional Regulation Model on the Prevention and Quality Improvement of Slums and Slums. The purpose of the drafting of this Perda Model is to provide references and examples of regulations on prevention and improvement of the quality of slums and slums that have accommodated various provisions in national legislation.
The family environment has an important role in shaping the character of the environmental care character of students. This study aims to determine the role of the family environment in the formation of the environmental care character of teacher education students. This is quantitativedescriptive research using the survey method. The measurement in this research is the label scale. Data were collected through literature study, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. This study uses a percentage formula. The results showed that there was a role of the family environment in the formation of caring character for the student environment. The percentage of the role of the family environment was very high, with a total score of 91%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the family environment plays a very important role in shaping the character of caring among students.
This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of the Village Community Development and Empowerment Program (P3MD) in the coastal areas of West Aceh Regency, with a focus on the priority use of village funds. Specifically, the study explores the changes in the community's economy before and after the implementation of village funds and examines the initiatives taken by the village government to enhance economic conditions. Descriptive analysis is employed as the analytical method to evaluate the outcomes. This study shows that the policy assistance of the Village Community Development and Empowerment Program in West Aceh Regency has not yet achieved optimal effectiveness in its implementation. This can be observed from the three approaches used to measure the effectiveness of mentoring in P3MD in Aceh Barat District. Two indicators, including the source approach and the target approach, have not worked well. In the future, policy implementers need to focus more on optimizing resources and involving a wider range of target groups.
