The purpose of this study is to determine the methods of designing the normative content of education in Russian technical universities according to the Russian professional standards and the EU Qualification Framework. The content of the professional training of bachelors comprises four educational programs at four technical universities in the Republic of Tatarstan. Over 250 students took part in the survey aimed at assessing their professional skills and knowledge in compliance with professional standards by means of specific tasks designed for this purpose. This allowed us to determine the design of the program and to assess the educational staff awareness of the importance of professional standardization. According to the expert evaluation, the normative content of professional training in the university allows providing higher-level education in case of closer cooperation.
Increased attention to the subject characteristics of teachers at the present time is based on the need to identify meaningful patterns of activity in teaching and in life. The subject characteristics are identified through the number of original techniques. It is shown that teachers of secondary educational institutions with subject and object orientations have different approaches to their work and life associated with the productivity of their activities. Highly effective teachers demonstrate predominantly subject characteristics (wide understanding of life, efficient choice of professionally and personally significant behavioral strategies) while ineffective teachers -object characteristics (low life reflection, professionally inefficient strategies, low personal involvement in teaching). Highly effective teachers noted a wide range of meaningful experiences (high "weight" life events), the most meaningful to them are gnostic, design, organizational aspects of pedagogical activity; personal, emotional response to the significant pedagogical situations. Ineffective teachers differ in a narrow range of meaningful experiences, low "weight" of life events. The choice of behavior strategies is characterized by the significance of communicative situations of educational activities; impersonal response to significant pedagogical situations. The results are obtained accordingly to the situational approaches.
The article discusses the problem of stress resistance of a person in the context of the development of professional activities, for example, students during the examination session. Under the concept of resistance to stress, the biological and psychological characteristics of a living organism considered, allowing it to remain stable under the influence of various factors of the external and internal environment. This concept considered as an integral property of a person necessary for the adaptation of an individual to the influence of environmental factors and professional activity manifested in mental and psychological indicators. The results of the study showed that stress resistance, as a necessary condition for the successful social and psychological adaptation of a person to mastering professional activities in the aspect of synergetic. Accordingly, it is actually predicting professional health and professional longevity of the personality of men and women in connection with an increase in the retirement age as a global social problem.
In this paper, it was tried to consider the current state of normative support for the development of strategic planning documents in the field of Russian education. The strategy for the development of education (DoE), as an industry document of strategic planning, has not been adopted in the Russian Federation (RF) to date. The article attempts to generalize the developments in this area, considers several international documents and projects of strategies for the development of Russian education (DRE), national strategies focused on them. The analysis of regional strategy for the DoE, which is either component of strategies for socioeconomic development of the region, or separate concepts that are focused on municipal development strategies. Due to the lack of a strategic document at the Federal level, regional development concepts are mostly aimed at solving regional problems in the field of education, at a process approach, and, in fact, are not focused on solving breakthrough problems and taking into account all-Russian and global challenges. It is concluded that the Russian educational system cannot develop effectively in the course of planning only national projects that have their own time horizon; to solve this problem, a strategy for the DRE space is necessary, which can provide guidelines for the development of each educational organization.
The research of the problems caused by occupational optimization of Bank employees aimed at creating a social-psychological competence in their professional activity, which is ordered in the labour market. The purpose of the article is aimed at identifying the personal characteristics of the subjects of the two different groups of Bank employees in their professional activities. A leading method is a method of testing aimed at identifying personal characteristics such as: empathic abilities, personality predisposition to conflict behavior, ability to listen, machiavellism. The article revealed that the socio-psychological competence of the subjects of the two different groups of Bank employees is determined by a set of specific vocational skills, such as empathic abilities, personality predisposition to conflict behavior, listening skills, the manifestation of machiavellism. The article can be useful for selection and placement of personnel in the internal environment.
