Village-owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are an important instrument in realizing dignified village autonomy. The existence of BUMDes is expected to be one of the main pillars of increasing village income so that it can provide higher quality public services. The management of local tourism potential is one of the prospective business alternatives for Village-Owned Enterprises. The involvement of BUMDes in tourism management is not only for economic purposes. BUMDes role in tourism is also mean to allow the preservation and development of local wisdom values in tourism. This article analyzes the pattern of localcharacter tourism development by BUMDes in three villages. Those are Mumpun Baru Village, Tanjung Lanjut Village, and Pendung Talang Genting Village in Jambi Province. The articles are written based on the research results conducted qualitatively in the Muaro Jambi, Kerinci, and Merangin areas with a purposive sampling method. The analysis shows that several things characterize the development of tourism through BUMDes, namely, tourism products, innovation or novelty in the development of tourism products, the preservation of local wisdom values, the institutional aspects of BUMDes, the contribution of tourism to the community's economy. In addition, managing tourism with BUMDes is key in supportingthe achievement of sustainable tourism which is the global agenda of countries around the world.
The purpose of this study was to find out how the marketing strategy of education in Al-Arief Islamic Private High School. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The method used in data collection is observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, in analyzing the data, the researcher used several steps, namely by reducing, presenting and verifying the data. The results of the study have shown that overall the Al-Arief Islamic Private High School has implemented a marketing strategy for educational services that is quite good in improving the school's image. This can be seen from the existing education service marketing mix. This school has offered a product that is in accordance with the needs of the community, the fees charged by the Al-Arief Islamic Private High School are still very affordable when compared to established private schools in general, and this school is in a strategic place to carry out educational activities. The marketing strategy carried out by the Al-Arief Islamic Private High School is by carrying out promotions through student guardians, print media, social media and school output.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplor profesionalitas guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam mengembangkan karakter religious siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan memawancarai dua informan penelitian yaitu guru Pendidikan Agama Islam. Data dianalisis menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam mengembangkan karakter religious siswa yaitu melaksanakan shalat dhuha dan zuhur berjama’ah, membaca Al-Qur’an, kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan dan menyampaikan materi ibadah praktis. Faktor pendukung adalah fasilitas musholla, kerja sama yang baik antara guru pendidikan agama Islam, majelis guru, kepala sekolah dan orang tua. Faktor penghambatnya adalah latar belakang pendidikan siswa yang berbeda-beda, lingkungan bermain, teknologi, pengawasan dari orang tua. Temuan dalam penelitian ini berimplikasi pada teori profesionalitas guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam membangun karakter religious siswa
This service aims to practice using Mendeley reference management in Thesis and Scientific Articles of Islamic Education Management students of UIN Sulthan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi to comply with the ethical principles of student scientific publications. This service involved all students in semester VI who would be dealing with making final assignments to hold a bachelor's degree with the observation method, namely pre-test activities, the counseling method through PowerPoint material, the practical approach that was direct training, and evaluation activities through post-test. The results of the service that had been carried out in the use of Mendeley reference management for students could be stated that 100% of students could operate Mendeley applications both based on Mendeley Web and Mendeley Desktop in carrying out citations and making automatic bibliography on each student's Thesis and Scientific Articles.
This study is aimed at knowing the types of cohesion and coherence uses in writing a descriptive text by English Education Program students. The researcher focused on lexical cohesion, repeated key nouns, and consistent pronouns. The method used in this study is a qualitative. The data were collected by using a test and documentation. Participants of the research were twenty two students. The finding showed that nine students used fifteen items of reiteration and one student used collocation. In coherence, the researcher found that all students used repeated key nouns in their writing with 131 items used. Then, fifteen students used sixteenitems of consistent pronouns. From the research, it can be concluded that the students used cohesion and coherence well in their writing.
