One very important process in the Human Resources Department (HRD) a company or entity that is the promotion of a promotion. In general, the promotion was given on the recommendation boss or work unit each based on the old work, the performance assessment and assessment of the behavior of an employee in performing their duties. For that it is necessary appraisal data processing employees who can help facilitate a supervisor and the human resources department to take a decision relating to the promotion of an employee promotions. Currently the company employee appraisal data processing is still performed with computerized excel, so the greater the risk of inputting errors given the number of employees very much and and it takes a relatively long time. It is also still often confusing information regarding the movement of formation of employees. The method used in determining promotion This promotion is Simple Additive Weight (SAW). Where this method is a weighted counting method or methods that provide certain criteria are weighted so that each value of the sum of the weights of the obtained results will be the final decision. Judging from the managerial aspects of the assessment can be developed with other criteria in accordance with the company's needs. Calculations using Simple Additive Weight, with reference to the criteria of employment, performance evaluation, and assessment of employee behavior, then elect an employee who will get promotion.
Siswa/i lulusan SMP yang berencana melanjutkan jenjang pendidikannya ke sekolah menengah kejuruan (SMK) harus memutuskan pilihan, ke bidang atau jurusan apa yang akan dipilih untuk melanjutkan pendidikannya kelak. Dan ini adalah sesuatu yang cukup sulit untuk diputuskan oleh kebanyakan siswa SMP, terutama yang tidak banyak memiliki referensi dan mencari informasi terkait dengan pendidikan SMK. Kebanyakan mereka kurang matang untuk memilih jurusan yang ada sesuai kemampuanya, akibat cukup banyak siswa baru yang gagal di tengah jalan ketika mereka sudah diterima di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK). Hasil analisis dari perhitungan hasil Analytical Hierarchy Process menyatakan bahwa alternatif yang terpilih dan paling sesuai dengan kriteria adalah Broadcast. Dengan hasil AHP yang diperoleh dari 3 responden yang kemudian dihitung dan didapat hasil akhir bahwa Broadcast unggul dengan presentase nilai sebesar 43% berbanding dengan Akuntansi 27% dan Administrasi Perkantoran 31%. Secara global faktor utama yang paling di prioritaskan dalam penilaian pemilihan jurusan adalah nilai tes dengan nilai bobot 0,473 atau 47% dan jurusan yang paling di prioritaskan adalah jurusan Broadcast dengan nilai 47%. Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process dapat membantu sekolah khususnya untuk menentukan beberapa persoalan mengenai pemilihan jurusan. Karena metode AHP yaitu suatu metode yang input utamannya adalah persepsi manusia.

The research objective to avoid errors in data collection, and better process again what if you have a lot of criteria, so as to obtain the results expected by the selectors' scholarship. AHP calculation results obtained priority criterion in the assessment of the Scholarship Selection. Where Achievement, Non-Academic Achievement, Income Parents, and Personality become a benchmark in the selection of the scholarship. The final results obtained from the selection of the scholarship by five experts that Student B is superior to 0.221 (22.1%) while the Student A 0.213 (21.3%), Student E 0.207 (20.7%), Student D 0.182 (18, 2%) and the Student C 0.176 (17.6%).
In general, the use of information technology plays an important role in organizational development. Similarly, if the advancement of information technology can be applied to the financial sector, small and medium enterprises, and so on, the sector's selling value will increase. This study was carried out to determine the level of readiness of the SMEs sector in carrying out information technology implementation projects in business management. In this case, the researcher is developing a research model by combining and adapting a technology readiness model and a success model in the development of information technology to the development of SMEs in Jakarta. This quantitative study included 226 SMEs workers and managers. The data was processed and analyzed using the PLS-SEM method and SmartPLS 3.0 software, with descriptive data being entered into a spreadsheet application. The study also describes the findings of the readiness factor, which has a significant impact on the success of information technology development in Jakarta SMEs
