In the context of the COVID–19 pandemic, maintaining the sustainability of the socio-economic system is one of the main priorities of states. The basis of the economy is small and medium-sized businesses, whose representatives are daily faced with the solution of managerial and organizational tasks of different levels. Main purpose of study was to research the possibility “teal” strategies usage in activities of Kazakhstani companies. The article describes aspects of the implementation of the basics of “teal” strategy as a flexible form of business structures in offline and online modes. The introduction of elements of the “teal” strategy will allow integrating into the changing economic system in the future by revising the organizational structure of management. The article also discusses the experience of implementing the teal strategy on the example of foreign, including Russian, companies. The teal model in these companies is based on the principles of self-organization and self-development of the company's personnel, which allows the maximum use of human potential for self-development and internal motivation in achieving the company's business goals. Based on the results of the conducted research, the main conclusions are made about the possibility of applying the strategies of “teal” organizations in the practice of Kazakhstan SMEs. In addition, the difficulties of implementing “teal” strategies are identified and the main competencies necessary for the personnel of companies to transition to the proposed business structure models are proposed.
The article discusses the current state of small and medium-sized businesses in the country, analyzes the problems hindering its development, presents the author's vision of their solution. The authors explore the sources of financial support for the development of entrepreneurship, the problems of their insufficiency, lack of incentives for implementation. Based on the analysis of business activities in Kazakhstan in recent years, conclusions and recommendations have been formulated for improving the economic instruments for regulating entrepreneurship in Kazakhstan, and a forecast has been given for the further development of SMEs. The policy of industrialinnovative development of the economy does not give the desired result, the innovative component of the products produced still remains at a very low level, the competitiveness of the products produced is at a low level also.
The purpose of the research is to analyze the condition of tourism development and the main factors aff ecting tourism development in Kazakhstan in a recent years. The three countries from Central Asia were selected as a benchmark to fi nd a best practice suitable for this region and suggest a practical guideline for the tourism industry in Kazakhstan.Methodology. This study conducted the content analysis of the government programs, reports, and the previous literature. This study reviewed the statistical indicators of tourism growth, related factors, the contribution of tourism to GDP, and the employment rate of Central Asian counties such as Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, and Kyrgyzstan.The originality / value of the research. Systemizing the experience of developing the tourism industry of the countries of Central Asia allows understanding a comprehensive vision for the development of the tourism industry in the region to expand its position in the global market of tourism services.Findings. Based on the analysis and comparison of tourism development in the countries of Central Asia, the authors identifi ed the potential for the development of domestic tourism in such countries, identifi ed strengths, and weaknesses, and made recommendations for their elimination.
Currently, in management practice, depending on the formation of a new paradigm, when it comes to the human capital of an organization, the concept of talent management is also used. Talent management as a tool for the formation of human capital must be characterized from a theoretical point of view and understand the strategic importance. The purpose of the study is to clarify and prove the essence and importance of talent management at the state level. Based on a literature review of foreign fundamental and applied research created so far, the definition of the basic concepts and systematization of the theoretical foundations are given. The necessity of a motivating system for professional growth aimed at attracting, developing and retaining (retaining) talented people is proved. The conclusions proposed by the authors increase the importance of introducing talent management in all sectors of the economy and in the field of education in particular. Considering that this trend changes depending on the requirements of the time, the results make a theoretical and practical contribution to the field of research. In the course of demonstrating the value for the state, an analysis of the rating compiled by the IMD (World Talent Ranking) institute at the world level was carried out. As a result, the peculiarity of talent management and its use in the process of forming a personnel reserve is proved. Based on the literature, factors affecting the level of staff engagement in the work in the talent management process have been identified.
The purpose of the study – to reveal the economic essence and features of the development of the creative economy in the world and Kazakhstan practice, and to suggest areas for supporting the creative sector in Kazakhstan.Methodology – the desk method, the statistical method of economic research, institutional analysis, comparative analysis, and generalization were used in the scientific work.Originality / value of the research – the relationship between the creative economy and innovation, marketing, innovation economy and knowledge economy is revealed; and also studied foreign experience in the development of a creative economy in the context of its borrowing by Kazakhstan.The results of the study – the concept of “creative economy” was clarified / deepened, and the author's approach to the development of the creative sector in Kazakhstan was proposed
