In the expansion of volumes of industrial production, there is an increase of anthropogenic influence and deterioration of the external environment that became the reason for the impossibility of a functioning market system without taking into account negative externalities. The article considers the directions and principles of a "green economy" functioning as the basis for further development of society. The current state and trends of the impact of environmental factors on other indicators of quality of life have been analysed and comparative analysis has been made on the example of developed and developing countries. Effective indices and instruments of influence on the level of ecological and economic development and main tendencies and problems arising at the introduction of "green economy", have been considered. The use of indicators that take into account negative externalities, such as the Pigouvian tax, has been demonstrated to be more visible than widely used indices. The losses from the negative impact on the resulting economic indicators have been analysed, and a significant decrease in the per capita GDP level has been proved with the extensive development of the economy. Implications for Central European audience: This paper aims to contribute to the development of a green economy as part of a policy aimed at reducing environmental risks in the process of economic growth. The proposed indicators and tools for influencing the level of environmental and economic development arising from the implementation of the "green economy" as the main vector of sustainable development, which can be used further research and development and can be implemented by European companies.
Due to the COVID19 pandemic that challenged our society with necessity of distance learning it is right to provide educational institutions with tools those would be accessible anytime and anyplace for students. The aim of the current research is to develop an app that will support students studying apparel design as well as their teachers. The prototyping method was used to explore aspects of an intended design of the app. The method of semantic differential was used in order to evaluate the prototype. Comparative analysis of the already existing apps and the developed one was used to determine the level of the app competitiveness. The mobile app “CloStyler” was developed by using MIT App Inventor. Using the app allows achieving the labor productivity growth up to 568.5 %. The reduction of time costs is 29.4-85.0 %. By means of the comparative analysis of the apps those are already on the market and the developed app “CloStylef” it was determined that “CloStyler” is better suited and better equipped for the task of computing the parameters of the basic blocks of clothing.
G. Shvets. Modern tendencies of development of HR-management at domestic enterprises. The necessity of development of HR-management in modern domestic enterprises is analyzed in the article. The difference between HR management and HR department is noted. Perspective practices in HR management within the framework of crisis management according to HR management are identified, for example: formation of a strong HR brand as a manifestation of the specificity of personnel and PR policies; application of social networks in recruitment; formation of the competencies of HR manager as a strategic business partner and more. The basic personal qualities required for a present-day HR-manager are given, namely: high moral standards; physical and mental health; internal and external culture, justice, honesty, responsiveness, optimism, care, benevolence. The main requirements for the personal qualities of the HR manager are presented and characterized, such as: honest work and job satisfaction; establishing strong and favorable relationships with employees. The complex of functions to be performed by a specialist in HR-management is revealed, namely: investigation of the labor market tendencies, keeping the company manager informed about the personnel situation in the market, monitoring the average level of salaries by the target industry and profession; analysis of work performed in the field of activity and preparation of reporting documents; development of local normative acts, regulations, instructions aimed at the description, systematization and clear regulation of the personnel management processes of the organization; creation of a multifunctional system of work motivation, etc. The list of HR indicators in such areas as: organizational efficiency, bonuses and privileges, efficiency of recruiting and adaptation of personnel, training and personnel development are given and the requirements for HR indicators are defined and described. The most probable trends that will be characteristic of changes in HR management are considered, namely. It is predicted that : the internal HR system will decrease and outsourcing will increase; strategic thinking will become a core internal competence of HR; the pendulum is likely to be directed towards a specialist (the general management will disappear); HR will look more like marketing.
as a new of business line The work represents the results of the research and political consultations, by representatives of the Institute of Economics with the objective of evaluating the business environment of Ukraine (Annual evaluation of business climate). Determined were the main obstacles for the growth of small and medium business undertakings in the year of 2016, as well as such obstacles for 2017-2018. The main definitions for "startup" notions were given and its main characteristics were defined (creation of new and unique product, that will satisfy most important needs of consumers, quick development, lack of initial financial resources for implementation of the idea and high risks). Revealed were differences between startup and small business undertakings with regard to the following signs: innovative character, the domain of activities, the trajectory of successful development, growth rate, scalability of business model, influence upon the market, infrastructure, sources of investment and the scope of activities. Classification of start ups was characterized and represented. Indicated were the startup stages: pre-see stage, seedstage, prototype, operational prototype, alpha-version of the project (product), closed beta-version of the project (product), public beta-version of the project (product), startup stage, growth stage, extension stage, output stage. Ways of investment for start up-projects were revealed. 10 most promising start ups in Ukraine were listed. Some of common problems with startup-projects in Ukraine were determined. Швець Г.О. Розкрито відмінності між стартапом та малим підприємництвом за такими ознаками: інноваційність, сфера діяльності, траєкторія успішного розвитку, швидкість зростання, здатність до масштабованості бізнес-моделі, вплив на ринок, інфраструктура, джерела інвестування, масштаб діяльності. Представлено та охарактеризовано класифікацію стартапів. Наведено стадії розвитку стартапу: стадія pre-seed, seed стадія, прототип, робочий прототип, альфаверсія проекту (продукту), закрита бета-версія проекту (продукту), публічна бета-версія проекту (продукту), startup стадія, стадія зростання, стадія розширення, стадія виходу. Розкрито способи інвестування стартап-проектів. Перераховано десять найбільш перспективних стартапів в Україні. Визначено деякі проблеми стартап-проектів в Україні.
