<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to describe the level of violence in dating and identify the differences between male and female victims of dating violence. The research subjects are high school students as subjects in this study. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and further analysis using the Independent Sample T-Test. The research subjects were 334 public high school students in Surakarta dating. The results of this study are: (1) The level of violence in dating SMA Negeri Surakarta students is in a low category, and (2) There is no significant difference between men and women in dating violence, so it can be concluded that both men and women have the same risk of becoming victims of dating violence. The results of this study are expected to be the basis for preventive and curative efforts so that cases of dating violence do not increase.</p><p><strong>Abstrak: </strong>penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan tingkat kekerasan dalam pacarana dan mengidentifikasi perbedaan antara laki-laki dan perempuan korban kekerasan dalam pacaran.<strong> </strong>Subjek penelitian merupakan siswa SMA sebagai subjek dalam penelitian ini. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu statistik deskriptif dan analisis uji beda menggunakan Independent Sample T Test. Subjek penelitian adalah 334 siswa SMA Negeri di Surakarta yang berpacaran. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) Tingkat kekerasan dalam pacaran siswa SMA Negeri di Surakarta berada pada kategori rendah; dan (2) Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara laki-laki dan perempuan dalam kekerasan berpacaran, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa laki-laki maupun perempuan keduanya memiliki resiko yang sama menjadi korban kekerasan dalam pacaran. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar upaya preventif maupun kuratif agar kasus kekerasan dalam pacaran tidak semakin bertambah.</p>
