Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is one of the keys to the success of an organization. This current research aims to evaluate the effect of Professional Commitment on Kindergarten teachers' OCB. This quantitative research applies a cross-sectional survey design with an explanatory research type, with 145 Kindergarten teachers as the research subjects. The results show that Professional Commitment significantly affects OCB by 70.6%. In addition, teachers with higher Professional Commitment possess higher OCB in carrying out their professional duties. The results also show that the dimensions of Affective Professional commitment, Normative Professional commitment, and Continuance Professional commitment significantly affect the OCB of Kindergarten teachers. Pandemi Covid-19 berdampak pada aspek Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini sampai Perguruan Tinggi. Sehingga pembelajaran PAUD diselenggarakan di rumah dengan pendampingan orang tua. Kondisi semakin bermasalah karena tidak semua orang tua memiliki kompetensi mengajar layaknya guru. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan peran orang tua dalam pendampingan belajar di rumah (learning at home) anak usia dini terdampak Pandemi Covid-19 di Jawa Timur. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik statisyik deskriptif, dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 1016 orang tua yang memiliki anak usia dini dalam pembelajaran learning at home. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan proportional random sampling, serta analisis data dengan descriptive statics frequencies dan persentase. Uji validitas menggunakan korelasi product moment dan Uji reliabilitas menggunakan Alfa Cronbach. Hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa peran orang tua dalam pembelajaran di rumah bagi anak usia dini meliputi; peran pengasuhan dan pendidik, Peran pembimbing orang tua kepada anak pada kegiatan learning at home dengan penuh kesabaran sebesar, Peran motivator saat learning at home dengan menyiapkan lingkungan yang nyaman dan dengan kata-kata positif.
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the management of learning activities at a local English camp, the Azizah Princes Camp. This study aims to analyze and describe the management of learning activities in Pare Kediri and analyze the supporting factors and inhibitors of the management of learning activities in the Kampung Inggris Pare Kediri. This type of research is a qualitative approach, the technique of collecting data is in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. Management of the learning activities in a non-formal education runs well and smoothly. Management of learning activities can be seen from the implementation of the program based on the components of learning, student, learning places, learning resources, learning sources, and learning outcomes. As for the factors that support are friendly tutors with course participants, high motivation from the participants of the course, and supporting infrastructure. Meanwhile the inhibiting factor is the camp location, which is very close to other camps. Furthermore, development and improvement must be carried out thus learning activities can continue to increase and become more qualified.
Implementasi pembelajaran yang berkaitan dengan alam pada peserta didik PAUD seringkali terabaikan. Untuk mengentaskan permasalahan kerusakan lingkungan, perlu adanya penanaman karakter peduli lingkungan sejak anak dalam tahapan usia dini, salah satunya melalui pengenalan lingkungan alam sekitar, Literasi alam memberikan kesempatan bagi peserta didik untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan lingkungan sekitarnya seperti tumbuhan, hewan, dan ekosistem alam lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hasil dari penerapan pembiasaan nilai-nilai kepedulian lingkungan melalui prinsip pembelajaran. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan berupa hasil dokumentasi, observasi, dan wawancara terstruktur. Uji keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah uji kredibilitas, uji transferabilitas, uji dependabilitas, dan uji konfirmabilitas. Melalui penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi prinsip pembelajaran di SALAM yakni; jaga diri, jaga teman, jaga lingkungan, dapat menjadi alternatif kegiatan literasi budaya yang dilakukan secara kontekstual terhadap kelestarian lingkungan.
