Lembaga dakwah kampus (LDK) or Da’wah organization in campus as a student organization that concentrates on the Islamic teaching. This research uses a descriptive approach. In general, this study describes the behavior of radicalism and organizational behavior management among students of LDK members in IAIN Curup and the effect of group counseling activities on radicalism and organizational behavior management. To measure radicalism in this study is to use a closed questionnaire, the questionnaire was arranged based on the lattice that has been made based on theory by determining variables, sub variables and indicators of research. The researcher wanted to see the management of organizational behavior through the Group Counseling Disscussions as a radicalism preventive effort at Da’wah organization in IAIN Curup. Moreover, the findings show that, among the Da’wah organization’s members, radicalism it indicates that the behavior of radicalism in the category is quite radical. Group dynamics that occur in group counseling discussions are also good as seen from the enthusiasm and cohesiveness of students in discussions. The radicalism behavior and organizational behavior management before being given group counseling discussion activities are not the same as radicalism behavior and organizational behavior management after group counseling discussions.
This study discussed the problem of the advantages of ICT applications for the successful application of formal learning. We have carefully reviewed some kinds of literature involving a chronological approach, which includes analyzing data, testing data, evaluating and interpreting it until we get some crucial points, which include we get several technological applications, including argumentative reality, adaptive learning, artificial intelligence, robotic and automation, utilization of 5G advances in learning, and learning analytics. It is hoped that these findings will be helpful for further studies.
Many studies have proven the relationship between multimedia and learning effectiveness. The authors believe that very few have investigated the effectiveness of multimedia in improving learning outcomes for the social sciences by utilizing published data from various contexts of scientific studies and applications. For this reason, this study has collected scientific evidence in the form of information from various contexts that generally discuss the effectiveness of using multimedia based on social studies educational material design to improve student learning outcomes during the pandemic. To answer these problems, in discussions to improve understanding, we first obtained some data by searching with the help of the Google engine on several publications in the form of books and other academic works. The study process involves coding data techniques, evaluating the data in depth, and holding high interpretations to get valid results with a phenomenological approach. We understood phenomenal multimedia to design sociology course materials during a pandemic. After we studied and integrated it in depth, we can finally conclude that the use of multimedia based on social studies educational material design to improve student learning outcomes has received the attention of many researchers, as evidenced by research results.
This research was done based on 1) increasing a number of juvenile in detention class II a Curup. 2) there was a wish of regional government to realize religius and good character education. 3) most of IAIN Curup students background are from public school including senior high school in Rejang Lebong regency. Based on those considerations, therefore the researcher tried to reveal how werethe form and model implementation of the shared concept like in the field. The subject of this research are some senior high schools in Rejang Lebong regency using purposive sampling model of Sugiono. From the answer of respondents knowing that religius and character education in senior high school in Rejang Lebong regency had been realized however had not been maximal. It happened because some barrier factors, both from the school (internal) and outside school (external) as described on the first session. Then, the cooperation of higher education (IAIN) and regional government to resolve juvenile delinquency in school had not been maximal actually, because it had not touched the school specifically, it was done only daily routine, such as PPL, KPM, or Friday safari. But, the school desire for IAIN Curup as coach in religious spiritual progress had not been achieved
