Проаналізувати результати вирощування та надати комплексну оцінку статевозрілих самців амурського сазана різного генезису за екстер'єрними показниками. Методика. Вирощування проводили в ставових умовах Львівської дослідної станції Інституту рибного господарства НААН. Матеріалом для досліджень слугували самці амурського сазана у віці 8-ми та 9-ти років, отримані заводським методом від місцевих самиць, ікру яких запліднювали спермою місцевих самців (місцеві) та дефростованою спермою від самців далекосхідного походження з річки Амур (кріо). Густота посадки плідників сазана у літній період становила 96-105 екз./га, у зимовий-1,0 тис. екз./га. Утримання плідників та проведення нересту проводили згідно із загальноприйнятими інструкціями. Статистичну обробку матеріалу проводили в «Microsoft Office Excel» (2016). Критеріями аналізу показників були їх середня величина та похибка середньої арифметичної (M ± m), показник мінливості (C v). Годівлю риб проводили спеціалізованим кормом фірми «Aller Aqua» і пророщеною пшеницею. Результати. Згідно з проведеними селекційно-племінними роботами з формування маточних стад амурського сазана, виявлено, що плідники, отримані від дефростованої сперми. характеризувалися помірним темпом росту та переважали за основними екстер'єрними ознаками самців місцевого походження такого ж віку.
Purpose.In the last decade, due to increasing requirements for providing the Ukrainian population with the most valuable dietary food products, the importance of aquaculture has increased significantly. At the same time, an increase in the amounts of cultured fish as well as other agricultural products is possible only through the introduction of highly productive objects of cultivation using economically feasible technologies. Therefore, in today’s conditions, domestic breeders are conducting active selective breeding and scientific work with carp resulting in the approval of the Antoninsko-Zozulenets intrabreed type of the Ukrainian framed and scaly breeds. Findings.The authors of the work reviewed and analyzed the specialized scientific literature on the historical aspects of the development of carp breeding in Ukraine, and the role of the Antoninsko-Zozulenets carp in the selective breeding work. In particular, the genetic composition of scaly and framed carp, the breeding schemes of new intrabreed types, and the proportion of Antoninsko-Zozulenets carp blood in them were analyzed. Practical value.The conducted review of literary sources can be useful for the preparation of lecture material during the educational process of training specialists in the specialty 207 “Aquatic bioresources and aquaculture”, in particular, specialists in ichthyology and zoology. Purpose. To provide a comparative analysis of fisheries and biological parameters of young-of-the-year wild carp-domestic carp hybrids obtained from males of different genetic origin by natural spawning method, with subsequent use in industrial hybridization. Methodology. Cultivation was carried out in pond conditions of the Lviv Research Station of the Institute of Fisheries of NAAS. Material for the study were young-of-the-year wild carp-domestic carp hybrids obtained from age-8 and 9 males of Amur wild carp of different genesis. Stocking density of 4-day larvae in nursery ponds was 20 thousand ind./ha. Growth rate was evaluated by using absolute, relative, daily and specific growth rate according to I.I. Schmalhausen. Feeding of fish was carried out with ground grain, starting from the first decade of July. Statistical processing of the material was performed in Microsoft Excel 2016. Criteria for the analysis of parameters were their average value and arithmetic mean error (M ± m). Findings. According to performed studies, young-of-the-year wild carp-domestic carp hybrids obtained from Amur wild carp males of different genesis in terms of dynamics of weight accumulation and linear growth, survival, fish productivity, hybrids obtained from cryo-males were not inferior to young-of-the-year wild carp-domestic carp obtained from local males. However, according to the main body-build indices, they had similar values but were slightly inferior. Originality. For the first time in Ukraine, a comparative analysis of fisheries and biological parameters of young-of-the-year wild carp-domestic carp hybrids obtained from males of different genetic origin in terms of industrial hybridization was performed. Practical value. The results of this work will provide a comprehensive assessment of fish and biological parameters of young-of-the-year wild carp-domestic carp hybrids obtained from Amur wild carp males of different genetic origin and justify their use in breeding work for further reproduction in breeding farms and to obtain industrial hybrids. Purpose. To evaluate the reproductive indicators and exterior characteristics of the breeding brood stock of the Galician carp group at the original farms, namely farms "Korop" and "Dzherelo", State Enterprise "Lviv Experimental Station". Methodology. The study was conducted according to generally accepted methods in fish farming and breeding using statistical processing and data analysis. The productive features of the Galician carp were improved by the method of mass selection and directional selection. The tasks of the selection were to obtain a breeding stock of the Galician group, which will ensure the production of offspring with high individual weight in the first year of life. Findings. The age of maturity in brood Galician carp was 3-4 years in males and 4-5 years in females. After pituitary stimulation in the conditions of industrial reproduction, a positive reaction of the brood fish was established, which exceeded 92%. When forming breeding stocks of Galician carp in the first year of life, the intensity of selection was 15%. Directional selection on the basis of average individual weight started on the second year of life. The intensity of selection of age-1+ Galician carp group was 50%, then this parameter exceeded 85%. Reproduction of the Galician carp group occurred in spawning ponds and in industrial conditions. Working fertility of females was 1256.0 ± 132.80 thousand eggs, relative fertility - 127.5 ± 5.52 thousand eggs/kg, which was quite high in comparison with the Ukrainian framed carp. During the reproduction of Galician carp in ponds, the yield of three-day-old larvae from one nest amounted to 241 thousand individuals. According to the obtained data, based on the exterior indicators, the Galician carp group is characterized by a high-backed physique and fleshy structure, which is preserved throughout life. In view of the conducted study, the Galician carp group fully complies with the requirements of the Regulation on approbation of selection achievements in animal husbandry and can be submitted to the relevant authorities for consideration and approval as an intrabreed type of Ukrainian framed and scaly carp breeds. Originality. The analysis of reproductive indicators of the breeding brood stock of Galician carp will serve as a basis for the presentation of this group in the status of intrabreed type and its approval as a selection achievement. Practical value. The obtained results will contribute to the expansion of the Galician carp group both in the aquaculture of Ukraine and abroad. Breeding brood material as an object of selection will be involved in work with framed carp mixes.
