Given that a volleyball game requires a certain level of individual anthropological characteristics of young volleyball players to successfully act on situational conditions, and that interdisciplinary approach in the science study is the principal methodological orientation, subject of study in the field of sports is the anthropological status. The aim of this study was to analyze the possible differences in spinal lumbar and abdominal muscles isometric potential of prospective male and female. Sample included 42 subjects (15 male and 27 female subjects), male and female volleyball players, the cadet selection of Serbia, aged 14±0.5 years. Isometric muscle potential assessment was conducted using four standardized motor movement tasks, covering the following areas: static contraction of the flexors of the torso, static contraction of the extensors of the torso, static contraction of the left flexor of the torso, and static contraction of the right flexor of the torso. In addition to the descriptive statistics used, as basis statistics, the t-test for independent samples was used, to compare the mean values of parameters measured in two different groups of athletes-volleyball players (girls-boys). Descriptive indicators of the sample suggest greater values of deep spinal muscles isometric potential with boys in all study variables. Study results gained by the t-test of independent samples indicate that statistically significant difference exists between their mean results in variables of trunk flexor static contractions and trunk extensor static contractions, at the level 0.001. With other two variables, the values indicate that difference between genders is not significant but accidental. The results of this study regarding static contraction of the right and left lateral flexors of the torso show the lack of statistical significance between male and female cadet volleyball players.
Summary Due to misinterpretation of sport results achievements, many victims have fallen in recent past. Energy focused toward an opponent can be transformed to achieving success in another way (aikido, kung-fu yoga...). Goal of sport competition is mastering an opponent, but goal and philosophical approach of outdoor activities is mastering self limitations and increasing self abilities. Influence of commercialization of sport as upgraded part of society is negative in several different ways, starting with alienation of all participants of sport until degeneration of management process. Sport outdoor activities are not comfortable with numerical system of values forced upon them. The example of outdoor activities is a great tool to perceive the entire future of phenomenology of competition, which show us tendency of forthcoming end. In relation to this, we can reassess definition of sport itself where dominant role is a competition as its integral part.
The aim of the research is to determine the effects of the arthistic gymnastics program on the Physical fitness of adolescents. The sample of participants consisted of 28 participants, males, aged 14 years ± 6 months, seventh grade of "Bubanjski Heroji" elementary school in Niš. The sample was divided into two subgroups. The experimental group (EG) consisted of 14 participants who, during the experimental period, realized the program of artistic gymnastics during the main phase of a physical education class, ten weeks in two classes of 45 minutes. The control group (CG) consisted of 14 participants who during the experimental period realized the program contents of regular physical education in the main phase of physical education. The sample of motorized measuring instruments consisted of three variables of explosive power (standing long jump, triple jump off the site and vertical jump) and three variants of sprint run (20m flat out with a flying start flat out with a flying start, 30m flat out with a flying start flat out with a flying start and 50m flat out with a flying start flat out with a flying start). The program "Statistica" 8.0 for Windows was used, for calculation of basic statistics, canonical discriminatory analysis and multivariate analysis of covariates. The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant effects of the use of the artistic gymnastics exercises in the main part of the physical education course on the Physical fitness of the adolescent of the EG at the end of the experimental period.
SummaryIn frame of subject Outdoor activities, as mandatory practical teaching, students of sport and physical education from Belgrade have ten days summer camp. From twelve different practical contents 43% represent base for implementation of alpinism activities. Alpinism activities and its base means: camping, hiking, navigation, mountaineering and alpinism. Socialization is process, in which members of society became capable for life in social community. The main goal of socialization is adoption of characteristically behavior with the ability to adapt to new environmental with personality preservation. Professors of PE through their subject need to adapt their expertise to opportunities of their pupils and direct then to the essence of sport and PE. Beside transfer of knowledge and skill, professors have a task to follow and evaluate development of pupil, to cooperate with colleagues and pupil parents, to organize workshops, excursions, competitions… Research was implemented during last day of camp, with five grade rating scale. Results shows high awareness of student population regarding alpinism activities in relationship with nature and frustrations that nature gives to us.This is one more confirmation that shows importance of existing this educational contents. Its necessary to elaborate program activities with more details and diversity in order to have offer of better quality, and realization in higher percent of these activities.
