Today academic achievement has become a benchmark of the success of students. Students self-regulation can be measured through self-regulatory instruments that the author has tested in SPSS by looking at the rotation and spread of its components. Self-regulation is important in achieving student’s achievement in study. There are external and internal factors influences the process of students self-regulatory. The aim this study was to created the self-regulatory instruments for students. The reliability value produced by this instrument is quite high which is 0.860. The results of the exploratory analysis produced four constituent components of self-regulation composed in 31 items of scale.
Abstract-People in Aceh are still suffering from a highly traumatic experience of Aceh conflict. As a religious community, Acehnese people believe that forgiveness is righteous. The purpose of the present study was to examine the mediational role of forgiveness on the relationship between spirituality and posttraumatic growth (PTG). Two hundred sixty-eight participants were recruited to complete the Posttraumatic Growth Inventory (PTGI), Heartland Forgiveness Scale (HFS), and the Spiritual Transcendence Scale (STS). Results based on Sobel analyses revealed that forgiveness mediated the relationship between spirituality and PTG. Implications of these findings for future research on PTG and forgiveness are discussed.
The aim of study was to understand about the implementation of role of kuttab al fatih (KAF) philosophy in islamic character education. This research used qualitative method. The study revealed that the KAF philosophies are "the faith before the Quran" "the adab before the knowledge" and "the knowledge before the actions ('amal), which are believed to aid KAF to achieve its vision and mission. The implementation of KAF Philosophies in Islamic character education creates a solid foundation of faith which contains basic values for students who contain character good personalities such as obedient, responsible, disciplined, hard-working, long term concentration or focus, away from prohibitions, vices, sincere, be grateful, and motivated because of Allah. KAF philosophies delivered to all parties in KAF included students, parents, teachers, management, staff Foundation, cleaning service and driver. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti tentang keikhlaaan pada lansia yang tinggal di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Lanjut Usia Pondok Ma’arif Muslimin Padangsidimpuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode fenomenologis. Pemilihan partisipan penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Partisipan terdiri atas empat orang lansia yang tinggal di Lembaga Kesejahteraan Sosial Lanjut Usia Padangsidimpuan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara semi terstruktur, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan instrumen pendukung berupa pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis tematik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat lima bentuk keikhlasan yang dimiliki oleh Subjek, yaitu: keikhlasan dalam bentuk peraasaan senang dan bersyukur dalam menjalankan ibadah; keikhlasan dalam bentuk menjaga diri dari hawa nafsu dan perilaku menyimpang, keikhlasan dalam bentuk menjaga diri dari penyakit hati; keikhlasan dalam bentuk menjaga ucapan; dan keikhlasan dalam bentuk menjaga interaksi yang baik dengan lingkungan sekitar. Terdapat empat faktor yang mempengaruhi keikhlasan pada Subjek yaitu faktor pengetahuan, faktor control pada hawa nafsu dan dorongan pribadi, faktor keimanan dan ketakwaan, serta faktor ketenangan hati. Adapun manfaat yang dirasakan dalam melakukan suatu keikhlasan yaitu seperti hati menjadi bersih, tenang, bahagia, serta mendapat balasan yang baik dari Allah
Posyandu activities need to get support from all parties. Posyandu aims to support government programs in improving the health status of the community, especially mothers and children. Posyandu activities are organized by village midwives and help by village cadres. Without the support of all parties including stakeholders and the beneficiary community, Posyandu activities are difficult to succeed. This program includes the provision of standard posyandu equipment, the provision of educational game facilities for children, additional feeding, and health promotion. Program activities are carried out through a number of strategies. Finally, the success and sustainability of the program on the support of all parties.Abstrak. Kegiatan Posyandu perlu mendapat dukungan dari semua pihak. Posyandu bertujuan untuk mendukung program Pemerintah dalam peningkatan status kesehatan masyarakat khususnya Ibu dan anak. Kegiatan Posyandu diselenggarakan oleh Bidan desa, dan beberapa orang Kader desa. Tanpa dukungan semua pihak termasuk pemangku kepentingan dan masyarakat penerima manfaat, kegiatan Posyandu sulit berhasil. Program pengabdian ini meliputi penyediaan peralatan standar posyandu, penyediaan sarana permainan edukatif untuk anak, pemberian makanan tambahan, dan penyuluhan kesehatan. Program kegiatan dilakukan melalui sejumlah strategi. Akhirnya, keberhasilan dan keberlanjutan program atas dukungan kerjasama semua pihak.
