Water resources carrying capacity was evaluated by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method after the evaluation index system was constructed according to water resources condition, socio-economic development level and economic structure characteristics in Heifei City. The results showed that development and utilization degree of water resources was high and further development and utilization potential was small. The water resources development potential of city proper was the minimum in all regions and WRCC of it was saturated. The development and utilization degree of water resources in Feixi County was smaller than other districts, there were certain development potential. On this basis, some suggestions and measures were proposed for improve regional water resources carrying capacity and ensure regional sustainable development.
The total dynamic changes of the cultivated land and food production from 1990 to 2010 in Anhui Province were analyzed using the statistic data and minimum cultivated land per capita and pressure index on cultivated land were calculated based on cultivated land, food production and population. At the same time, adopting GM(1,1) model, per capita cultivated land area, minimum cultivated land per capita and pressure index on cultivated land were forecasted in the future7 years. The results show that: (1) the total amount of the cultivated land decreased on the whole, steady decline early, while increased considerably late; Grain output went up steadily in the fluctuation in general; and the change of minimum cultivated land per capita and pressure index on cultivated land was not significant. (2) GM (1,1) gray model shows per capita cultivated land area, minimum cultivated land per capita and pressure index on cultivated land decreased, and arable land per capita is higher than the minimum per capita arable land area which descript farmland productivity levels higher than the level of food consumption.
The evaluation index system of water resources sustainable utilization was constructed according to the actual situation of water resources development and utilization in Huaibei City, using the matter element analysis method, analyzed water resources sustainable utilization. The results showed that water resources sustainable utilization status were significantly different in different areas of Huaibei City. The potential of water resources development and utilization was great in Suixi County. The water resources developments of Duji District and Lieshan District have a considerable scale, but there were still some potential for the development and utilization. The degree of water resources utilization was large and water resources carrying capacity was saturated in Xiangshan District. The evaluation result showed that using the matter element analysis method in comprehensive evaluation of water resources development and utilization was feasible.
The paper,mainly using 3 scenery TM remote sensing images of Landsat satellite and 1 scenery ETM+ remote sensing image, carried out monitoring and analyzing of the land use / cover change of Dangshan County, including Dangshan County from 1987 to 2009 a total of 23 years of land use / cover change features, land-use conversion relations between types, and discussed the main reason for change. This provided the theory and basis for the Dangshan County urban environment change research, the urban planning, and the urbanized prospect forecast. Conclusions: With the rapid economic development of Dangshan County, and the level of urbanization constantly improved, Dangshan County land use had changed greatly, from 1987 to 2009, construction land and cultivated land had always been dominant position in the 23 years, the stability type area was 367.38 km2, accounted for 30.79%, the changed area accounted for 69.21%, the changed area ratio to 3.01% per year, the comprehensive land-use dynamic degree was 1.50%.
The article takes 2 TM images as the data source, supported by the Fragstats 3.3 and the ENVI 4.7 softwares, two remote sensing images are classified by the support vector machine method, selects the number of patches (NP), edge density (ED), patches density (PD), landscape shape index (LSI), perimeter area fractal dimension (PAFRAC), interspersion juxtaposition index (IJI), patch cohesion index (COHESION), Shannon's diversity index (SHDI), Shannon's evenness index (SHEI) and contagion index (CONTAG), using the landscape ecological principles and methods, analyzes the dynamic changes of Dangshan landscape patter in 1987-2009, with a view to Dangshan county land resources of reasonable planning and using, management, sustainable utilization, and the landscape pattern optimization configuration, provides the theory foundation and scientific basis.
