We-media is an important symbol of the advent of the individual media era. Especially with the development of network techniques, new media represented by WeChat and microblog have diversified communication platforms for we-media. College ideological and political educators no long have information advantages, who are even stuck into an embarrassed situation of group aphasia. This is a great dilemma brought by the we-media era to college students' ideological and political education and a new challenge against ideological and political educators [1]. To correctly realize the application value of we-media, vigorously carry forward the positive energy of moral education under the we-media environment and actively get adapted to the "Internet+" era-these have been the new normal of ideological educators.

Abstract. School-enterprise collaborated school-running is an efficient approach for enterprises to conduct continuing education and for schools to implement practical teaching. Agricultural institutions of higher learning have subsequently established flexible and diversified partnership with enterprises. Despite of favorable results already achieved, there are many problems, such as backward development concepts and mechanisms, difficulty of efficiently implementing practical links, shortage of highly qualified faculty and lack of entrepreneurship textbooks and courses.

With the development of science and technology, information science has gradually been applied to various social fields, which is also gradually changing people's life and thought and also put forward higher requirements for the teacher in charge of the work in colleges. To improve information literacy has become the main direction of current college class advisers' work. Through the analysis on the management work of class advisers in an information era, the author expounded the practical problems and put forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures aiming to the main problems agricultural college class advisers are faced with and the basic quality in need.

Student cadres in institutions of higher learning have dual identities. Apart from being students, they are the backbone among students [1] , who can immediately and accurately master and reflect other students' demands and wishes, lay a solid foundation for counsellors'learning of students' ideas and targeted organization of educational activities, and help supervise the campus educational activities. As leaders of students, they undertake certain social work, and have more opportunities to get in touch with teaching staff and learn from them. All in all, they are a backbone force to achieve college goals, teaching goals of teachers and student management goals. With student cadres, various campus activities can proceed in a good order, and the expected goals can be realized. It is apt to say that student cadres act as a link between schools and students.
