Pengaruh Perilaku SADARI (Pemeriksaan Payudara Sendiri) Terhadap Deteksi Dini Kanker Payudara Pada Mahasiswa Jurusan Kebidanan Tingkat II Politeknik Kesehatan Kendari.
Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui : 1) pengaruh antara kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang, 2) pengaruh antara sistem karier terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang, 3) pengaruh antara motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang, 4) pengaruh antara kepemimpinan, sistem karier dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang, dan 5) variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang sifatnya penjelasan (eksplanatory) yaitu menyoroti pengaruh antara variabel-variabel penelitian dan menguji hipotesis yang telah dirumuskan sebelumnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang berjumlah 37 orang. Sampel ditetntukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh (sensus), dimana semua populasi dijadaikan sampel. Metode Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear berganda (Multiple Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang sebesar 18,8%, 2) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel sistem karier terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang sebesar 32,1%, 3) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang sebesar 39,5%, 4) Terdapat pengaruh signifikan variabel kepemimpinan, sistem karier dan motivasi kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang sebesar 68,9%, dan 5) Variabel motivasi yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Kecamatan Lanrisang Kabupaten Pinrang sebesar 39,5%.
Abstract. Kombucha is a fermented beverage made from tea and sugar. This fermentation is a work of bacteria and yeast consorsia that make a powerful symbiosis cooperation resulting kombucha with quality chemically increased. This kombucha is a healthful beverage for its consumer. Fermentation process can change the tea phisically, such as its taste, colour and flavor. During the fermentation period, the total cell of bacteria and yeast also change. In this research, kombucha is made from 4 different tea, such as black tea, green tea, oolong tea and white tea. As a result, found that the tea as a substrate and also the fermentation period affect the total of colony and cell of bacteria and yeast. In white tea and black tea kombucha perform decreased of total cell bacteria and yeast by the fermentation period, while in green tea and oolong tea kombucha increased. This study aims to determine informal education in making the Pinisi Boat. This type of research is qualitative research with an ethnographic approach in a case study. The source of data in this research is Mr. Syarifuddin, a Panritalopi. The research instrument is the researcher himself, who is the key to the instrument. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Spradley model. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it is concluded that informal education in the process of making Pinisi Boats is carried out from an early age to their descendants with the principle of working while learning with two learning models, namely (i) a technical learning model using demonstration, pilot, experimentation, teaching methods. Repetition, habituation, self-employment, and group work (ii) Non-technical learning models include pamali, symbols, meanings, ritual procedures, mantras/prayer. Informal education makes Pinisi boats analogous to the structural form, namely Panritalopi as the principal, Pungkaha as the teacher, and Sawi as the student.
