The presence of Ma'had Al-Jamiah at an Islamic religious college must be a laboratory for internalizing the values of religious moderation. The internalization process must run in line with the social demands of society through higher education institutions. This research was field research with a qualitative descriptive type, namely to reveal the process of internalizing the values of religious moderation to students at Ma'had al-Jamiah IAIN Padangsidimpuan. Collecting data used observation techniques, interviews, and documentation. Meanwhile, to analyze the data used triangulation, namely collecting data and classifying, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the process of internalizing the values of religious moderation using the theoanthropoecocentric approach (divinity, humanity, and the environment) was carried out with a learning process that was programmed into several parts, namely strengthening divine values compared to fiqh values that vulnerable to differences, prioritizing the concept of humane life through a pattern of living in a dormitory with values of harmony, togetherness, mutual respect for differences in understanding in religion, and creating an attitude of loving the environment. These three aspects are mutually reinforcing because they have a very close relationship. This study concludes that students who understand the true faith have a tolerant human attitude, and would appreciate God's creation in the form of the universe. This study aims to explore the role of Islamic Religious Education teachers in learning blended learning and hybrid learning. The learning process integrates traditional information technology supported by offline and online communication. Qualitative research methods, respondents are Islamic Religious Education teachers. Data collected by observation, interview, document study, analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and verification. The validity of the data triangulates. The findings show that only five Islamic religious education teachers redesigned Islamic religious education by: accessing learning material without having to be present in class. And there is no school at all that creates a special portal to provide online learning. It was concluded that Islamic religious education teachers have not played a role in redesigning learning to face the industrial revolution 4.0, and have not been able to create skills, cultivate our skills, meet people, and nurture relationships.
This study focuses on the concept of ideal women according to Minangkabau philosophy. The criteria of the ideal women can be found in proverbs containing implicit meaning related to ethical values, namely the view about women's ideal morality. The interpretation can be comprehended from its function and purposes as a concept of moral and character education for the Minangkabau young generation. The study toward the character education for Minangkabau women is based on the interpretation meaning from the concept of Minangkabau ideal women became the basis fine art creative idea resulting in the icon of personal expression. This artwork was materialized into the painting symbolic expression/abstraction by borrowing the traditional idiom "Tangkuluak (Tekuluk)" a kind of Bundo Kanduang's formal outfit in the form of headgear as the traditional symbol of Minangkabau custom. The creation of this symbolic expression painting aims to preserve Minangkabau aesthetics through the materialization of paintings that takes the specific theme, Bundo Kanduang as the ideal woman of Minangkabau people. This study used a qualitative method presented in the form of descriptive analysis. Data were collected through interviews and observation. They had emic characteristics performed in the Centre of Minangkabau Cultural Information (in Indonesia called PDIKM) in Padangpanjang and Adityawarman Museum in Padang, West Sumatra. Meanwhile, ethic research was conducted with qualitative method, namely studying the theoretical claim and interpreting the meaning of proverbs about the nobility of Bundo Kanduang.
