AbstrakWanita dalam sebuah keluarga yakni seorang ibu memiliki peran besar selama pandemi covid-19. Pandemi Covid-19 telah berlangsung hampir 3 tahun lamanya dan berdampak signifikan terhadap ekonomi dan tatanan sosial dan selama itu wanita dalam keluarga yakni seorang ibu dituntut untuk mampu menghadapi permasalahan yang muncul walau dengan ketidaksempurnaan pengetahuan dan keterampilan. Tidak terkecuali ibu-ibu Dawis Bougenville 1 Madyopuro Kota Malang yang tinggal di Kawasan Perumahan FLPP di Kota Malang juga merasakan dampak tersebut. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan tambahan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam lingkup perencanaan keuangan keluarga. Dilakukan dengan metode yang terbagi atas 3 tahapan dan dilaksanakan dari bulan September hingga Desember 2021. Setiap tahapan dilengkapi dengan evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Setelah dilakukan kegiatan penyuluhan diperoleh dampak yang positif yakni meningkatnya kesadaran akan pentingnya perencanaan keuangan keluarga, meningkatnya kemampuan menyusun skala prioritas dan anggaran keuangan keluarga. Dengan adanya program ini juga mendukung ketahanan keluarga selama pendemi covid-19. Manfaat lain setelah diadakan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah adanya kesadaran para kepala keluarga yakni suami untuk membersamai para istri (ibu) dalam mengelola keuangan keluarga serta munculnya semangat menciptakan usaha walau dengan skala kecil. Keberlangsungan program sesuai kebutuhan obyek pengabdian adalah membuat pelatihan pembukuan sederhana untuk usaha kecil yang dirintis.Kata Kunci: perencanaan keuangan, katahanan keluarga, covid-19
This paper aims to be able to build a construct based on empirical studies, so that it will become the basis for making policies and programs in order to maintain and develop business ventures in the new normal era. This paper uses a qualitative approach with a constructivist paradigm. The research design used is grounded theory. Research setting in Capture Chicken Malang Geprek. The intended informants are the owners and customers of Malang Geprek Catched Chicken. Data analysis using open coding, axial coding, and selection coding. Data validity uses data credibility. The research findings show that an entrepreneur can develop and maintain a business if he has the passion and ability, besides that there is an entrepreneurial orientation: risk-taking, pro-active, and innovation in the sale of goods so as to improve business performance. The need for emphasis on sales such as goods, prices, services, places of sale, systems and sales techniques.
ABSTRAK Tujuan makalah ini adalah menjelaskan sebab akibat antara theory of planned behavior dengan entrepreneurial intentions. Pendekatan ekplanatory dengan populasi dan sampel mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Widyagama Malang sebanyak 220 responden menggunakan teknik random sampling. pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. sedangkan alat analisis menggunakan software Smart-PLS 3. Temuan penelitian pertama menunjukkan bahwa attitude toward entrepreneurship berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap entrepreneurial intentions. Kedua, subjective norms berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap entrepreneurial intentions. The purpose of this research is to analyze financial literacy in the digital start-up business of "Startup Singo Edan Malang" community. The research approach used quantitative and qualitative with descriptive analysis methods. The sample of this study was 117 respondents who were obtained through questionnaires and open interviews. The results were obtained information if knowledge of credit interest rates is preferred in making credit decisions. This is evident from the experience of short-term credit in banking financial institutions. The fact that investment knowledge is obtained is if there is more understanding of banking products than capital market investment products. However, the investment experience is not in line with this investment knowledge, because of community integration. For financial management regarding credit guarantees, the level of knowledge is high, but not with shortterm and long-term financial management. Experience in short-term financial management, especially credit cards, is based on a precautionary motive.
