Keuangan rumah tangga menjadi salah satu hal penting yang patut diperhatikan, terutama oleh bendahara keluarga. Hasil LGD di tahun 2019 menunjukkan kesulitan ibu, sebagai bendahara keluarga, dalam mengelola keuangan di keluarganya, sehingga seringkali seadanya. Pemasukan dan pengeluaran pun tidak seimbang, dan akhirnya tidak sedikit yang memicu konflik di akhir bulan. Lokakarya pengelolaan keuangan keluarga sudah selayaknya dilakukan untuk mengedukasi para bendahara keluarga agar bijak mengelola keuangan di rumahnya sendiri. Lokakarya hendaknya dikemas sesuai dengan pendidikan orang dewasa, yaitu sesuai kebutuhan, dan terdapat praktik pengelolaan keuangan. Selain itu untuk mengetahui keberhasilan kegiatan dan juga evaluasi, maka pendampingan akan dilakukan. Pendampingan menjadi ajang diskusi dalam memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi, ketika mengelola keuangan, dan juga menjadi media untuk memperkuat motivasi. Hasil pelatihan dan pendampingan menunjukkan bahwa peserta sangat antusias dengan tema yang diangkat serta mayoritas peserta mengaku sangat terbantu dengan sharing ilmu melalui pelatihan ini.
A suggestion to School From Home during Covid-19 pandemic made learning process at RA Riyadlotul Uqul, Dusun Lowok, less optimally. Online learning takes place in the form of assignments, and those who haven’t gadgets continue to study at school in turn. The purposes of this service activvity is to develop learning media that is suitbale for the pandemic situation in RA Riyadlotul Uqul. The results of discussions with teachers at that school stated that there were threee suitable media to be developed, animated video, relay stick games, and hand puppets, where all produccts were equipped with user manuals book, so that teacher and parents could easily apply them at home. The product development method adopt ADDIE. The result shows that teacher feels helped by the existance of educational media that is developed, as a variation of teaching techniques, and also build good character for students, which guidebook contains the benefits of using developed media. The teacher, as user, gave suggestions that the video should be uploaded on YouTube, and the guidebook has been copied to make it easier for the teacher to distribute it to the parents of students. The hope is that parents can accompany children to learn while playing at their home.
Various kinds of strategies tend to be carried out by the perpetrators’ business to maintain effort at a time strengthen position in the middle competitors others, such as carry out a strategy of merging effort or mergers. However, a merger also has an impact on the internal parties of the entities that do. This study attempted for dig more in about the views of banking customers and prospective customers from Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) after the merger process. We use qualitative method and collected the research data from open questionnaire and interview from 81 banking customers and prospective customers of 3 ex-BSI Islamic Banks in Malang City. They responded to this merger as a positive phenomenon, although there are also some things to worry about.
Products to support blended learning called "Solutive Blended Learning" have been developed. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of blended learning using these products, on the learning outcomes of cost accounting for students at State University of Malang. Closed questionnaires were distributed to 32 students who were studying the calculation of manufacturing business production costs, using these products. The independent variables tested were website effectiveness in blended learning management, blended learning concepts, and use of blended learning. The dependent variable is academic evaluation. SPSS 22 is used to make statistical analysis, which uses Pearson correlation test. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant relationship between the use of blended learning, using the products developed, and the results of academic evaluations.
Abstrak Pengelolaan mandiri oleh pemilik Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM), seringkali dihampiri oleh masalah keuangan yang cukup mengancam kontinuitasnya. Kurang pengetahuan dari pengurus organisasi nirlaba ini dapat diminimalisir dengan memberikan lokakarya terkait pengelolaan keuangan organisasi sejenis. Dana dari donasi—baik tunai maupun non tunai—seyogyanya diterima, dicatat, serta dilaporkan dengan baik dan menarik, sehingga meningkatkan kepercayaan donatur. Tujuan dari rangkaian kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan keterampilan teknis terkait pembuatan laporan keuangan TBM yang mudah dipahami oleh para stakeholder, dengan menggunakan metode berupa penggalian masalah, pemberian materi serta praktik. Kegiatan pertama yang dilakukan adalah leadership group discussion yang hasilnya membantu kegiatan berikutnya agar tepat sasaran. Kegiatan selanjutnya yaitu lokakarya yang diselenggarakan dalam bentuk praktik pencatatan dan juga penyajian laporan keuangan yang menarik serta mudah dipahami. Kegiatan pengabdian ini direspon positif oleh peserta, dan mereka mulai berkomitmen untuk tertib mencatat donasi tunai dan non tunai di TBM masing-masing. Ke depannya, kegiatan semacam ini sebaiknya ditindaklanjuti dengan pendampingan untuk menyesuaikan inti dari materi dengan keunikan masing-masing TBM. Lack of knowledge from the management of this non-profit organization can be minimized by providing workshops related to the financial management of similar organizations. Funds from donations—both cash and non-cash—should be received, recorded, and reported both properly and attractively, thereby increasing donor trust. The purpose of this series of activities is to provide technical skills related to the preparation of TBM financial reports that are easily understood by stakeholders, using excavating problems, providing material and practice as the methods. The first activity carried out was a leadership group discussion whose results helped the next activity to be on target. The next activity is a workshop about recording practices and the making of interesting financial statements that easy to be understand. The community service activity was responded positively by the participants, and they began to commit to an orderly record of cash and non-cash donations at their respective TBMs. In the future, this kind of activity should be followed up with assistance to adjust the core of the material with the uniqueness of each TBM.
