Due to the prospective local and international markets, the neon tetra fish breeding industry has its own charm for fish lovers and as a side business. The purpose of this study is to analyze the opportunities and difficulties associated with the cultivation of neon tetra fish in order to build a policy of “Blue Economy”. The research method uses qualitative techniques, focusing on an evaluation of literature reviews and data collection techniques sourced from descriptive materials. The key elements selected were: (1) the Department of Food and Fisheries Security (DKP3), as the Board of Trustees (2) Researchers from BRIN (National Innovation Research Agency), (3) Government (Sub-districts and Kelurahan), (4) POKDAKAN (Fish Cultivation Group) and (5) LPM (Community Empowerment Institution) and Chairman of RW/RT. The conclusion of the study states that the relevant Dinas should support local policies based on nature identification that are strengthened at the national level, namely that routine human resource training needs to be improved, technology needs to be taken into account in collaboration with the private sector, and that post-harvest and market access are very important for POKDAKAN. The findings of the SWOT analysis, which is in quadrant 1, indicate that POKDAKAN is in a position for a somewhat aggressive expansion.

<p><em>Asesmen Nasional Berbasis Komputer (ANBK) merupakan program yang dirancang untuk menilai mutu tiap satuan pendidikan seperti Sekolah, Madrasah atau kesetaraan pada jenjang dasar dan menengah. ANBK pertama kali dilaksanakan pada Tahun 2021. Adapun tujuan artikel ini disusun  untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan ANBK di Madrasah Ibtidayah Negeri 9 Hulu Sungai Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan teknik deskriptif. Penelitian ini masuk kedalam jenis phenomenological research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, ANBK di MIN 9 HSU dilaksanakan secara mendiri dan online. Pelaksanaan ANBK terbagi menjadi tiga tahapan, tahapan pra ANBK, tahapan pelaksanaan ANBK dan tahapan pasca ANBK. Tahap pra ANBK meliputi kegiatan, sosialisasi, pengelolaan personalia, pengelolaan perserta, pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana. Pelaksanaan ANBK di MIN 9 HSU secara keseluruhan telah sesuai dengan prosedur yang ditetapkan dan berjalan lancar  tanpa adanya kendala yang berarti karena MIN 9 HSU memiliki tim personalia yang mumpuni, sarana dan prasarana yang terfasilitasi serta melakukan pembinaan peserta dengan sangat baik, terkecuali sistem server pusat yang mengalami gangguan dihari kedua pelaksanaan. Kegiatan pasca ANBK pun telah dilaksanakan proktor dan teknisi sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis yang ditetapkan.</em></p>

PT. Citra Abadi Sejati telah melakukan proses mengoordinasikan kegiatan atau aktifitas kerja melalui penerapan managemen pengetahuan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan masukan positif  agar dalam upaya pembinaan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusianya dapat lebih baik lagi dari sebelumnya.  Metodologi penelitian menggunakan literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan secara teoritis studi ini mampu menerapan manajemen pengetahuan berupa program pelatihan dan lebih difokuskan pada peningkatan kompetensi karyawan pada keahlian dan bidang pekerjaannya.

With over 261 million inhabitants, Indonesia is home to approximately 15,000 villages, according to the Ministry of Villages, Disadvantaged Regions, and Transmigration. Among these, 1,406 are in West Java. Of these, 504 of them are advanced, 464 are developing, 390 are disadvantaged, and 48 are very disadvantaged. The CatBoost machine learning model was used to classify village funds in West Java from 2018 to 2021 and had an accuracy rating of 75%, precision rating of 79%, recall of 79%, and f1 score of 79%, demonstrating its excellent performance. However, missing data points had to be removed from the analysis and it is suggested that a more sophisticated method for handling missing values should be used in future studies. In addition, hyperparameter tuning could be employed to increase the model's performance, and a variety of metrics could be used to accurately assess the results. Overall, CatBoost may be of benefit to the Indonesian Government in order to classify village funds according to their status, channel funds more accurately and efficiently, and observe the situation of a village year-over-year.
