AbstrakDi Era Informasi pada saat ini website memiliki fungsi yang sangat besar bagi individu maupun masyarakat luas ,sebagai media penyebarluasan informasi bagi  masyarakat itu sendiri dengan terpenuhi kebutuhan informasi masyarakat diharapkan terpenuhinya dan tercapainya informasi yang mudah dan cepat sesuai dengan kebutuhan masyarakat saat ini,untuk memberikan pelayan yang baik kepada masyarakat Kantor penanaman modal juga berusaha memberikan informasi yang cepat kepada masyarakat dengan menggunakan website kantor.  Begitu juga dengan kantor penanaman modal kota Lubuklinggau.Kantor Penanaman Modal Kota Lubuklinggau pada saat ini sudah mempunyai website sendiri yaitu http://www.kpm.lubuklinggaukota.go.id. Dimana website ini menyediakan informasi mengenai Kantor Penanaman Modal Kota Lubuklinggau seperti berita, visi dan misi, profil dan informasi lainnya. Akan tetapi sejak website pertama dibuat, website ini belum pernah dilakukan suatu analisis mengenai keadaan website tersebut. Sehingga terdapat masalah yang muncul dalam mengakses website tersebut, seperti membutuhkan waktu yang lama membuka halaman website, navigasi menu yang kompleks dan informasi yang kurang up to date. Transportation plays an important role in helping every community activity and also has an important function in economic, social and developmental development. Online transportation provides alternative transportation solutions in the middle of the density of vehicles to be fast and able to reach places that are likely to be inaccessible to other public vehicles. People who usually use public transport or conventional taxi services have begun to switch to online-based taxis that are considered cheaper and more practical. Market research institutes in Southeast Asia show that 250 million Indonesians are quickly adapting the growth of application-based transportation (taxis and ojek online) to facilitate their lives. Various factors that influence people prefer online transportation compared to public transport or conventional taxis. The purpose of the study is to determine the main factors that people prefer to use Oline transportation. The study used the VIKOR method system which obtained the results based on the VIKOR index value where alternative A1: Easy and Safe (VIKOR index value 0) as a rank one and alternative A2: Price (VIKOR index value 0.1809520) as the second rank.

The purpose of the research is to analyze marketing strategies in the selection of Mouth sores products based on consumers. The data source was obtained by observing, interviewing and giving questionnaires to 375 respondents randomly by using Google Form. The output of the research is the ranking of Mouth sores products. The technique used is utilizing one of the decision support system methods, namely Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) in providing recommendations for results. The alternative thrush medicine products that are used are: Adem Sari (A1), Jesscool (A2), Alangsari (A3), Larutan Penyegar cap Kaki Tiga (A4) and Larutan Penyegar cap Badak (A5). The rating criteria given are Composition (C1), Packaging (C2), Taste (C3), Price (C4) and How to use (C5). The results of the SMART method calculation give the first recommendation is Alangsari (A3) with a final value = 0.84 and Jesscool (A2) as the second recommendation with a final value = 0.45.

Internet media has become one of the means of product promotion that has very good prospects today. The research aims to recommend the right social media for online businesses. The data collection method was conducted by interview and questionnaire to 300 respondents who conducted online business in Pematangsiantar city by random sampling. Based on the results of interviews and questionnaires obtained assessment criteria namely security (C1), application features (C2), community (C3), ease of access (C4) and response speed (C5). The alternatives used in this research are Facebook (A1), Instagram (A2), Line (A3) and WhatsApp (A4). The settlement method applied is a decision support system with the PROMETHEE II algorithm. The results of the algorithm show that the right alternative for doing online business is Facebook (A1) with a net flow of 0.25 and followed by WhatsApp (A4) with a net flow of ¬0.1. The results of the study are expected to provide recommendations in conducting online business.
