Salah satu hambatan yang dialami oleh mahasiswa tahun pertama adalah kesulitan beradaptasi dari lingkungan terdahulu dengan lingkungan yang baru. Untuk itu tentu perlu suatu pencegahan terhadap penyakit mental serta meningkatkan hal yang positif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mrngujicobakan konseling kelompok teknik restrukturing kognitf untuk meningkatkan resliensi akademik mahasiswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen, desain randomized pretest-postest control group design dengan melibatkan siswa 7 orang yang dipilih secara purposive random sampling dari 118 maahasiswa tahun pertama. Instrumen penelitian diadopsi dari Design My Future (DMF). Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan uji Paired Sample T-tes menunjukan bahwa konseling kelompok teknik restrukturing kognitf efektif untuk meningkatkan resliensi akademik mahasiswa (t(1,6)=14,1 p<0,05). Hasil peneltian menunjukan bahwa konseling kelompok teknik restrukturing kognitif efektif untuk meningkatkan resliensi akademik hal ini didasarkan atas pengaruh yang signifikan teknik restrukturing kognitif efektif untuk meningkatkan resliensi akademik mahasiswa UIN Raden Fatah Palembang.
Islamic counselor as a person is a reflection of self-embodied in everyday behavior which harmony with islamic sharia, and for adolescent, a role model or personal modeling is needed. And the problems that become the focus on adolescence is the identity crisis, which is one form of developmental crisis that occurs in a certain age range identity crisis also refers to the dilemma of student problems, in the form of juvenile delinquency or group behavior leading to destructive behavior. By understanding the problem a counselor is deemed able to help adolescents in overcoming the problem and also as a person is one form of reflection of Adolescence against their good person or counselor as a role model that is displayed in a personal form such as the ability to be quiet when with others, has the capacity to empathize, and other personal characteristics.
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of group counseling with video media in reducing menarche anxiety in adolescents in Tanjung Atap Village. This study uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research with Non-Equivalent Control Group Design, the research subjects were 14 people who were taken by purposive sampling technique, the instrument used was adopted from the menarche anxiety questionnaire (Siti Nazariana, 2017). The data analysis technique used a paired sample test. t-test. The results of this study show that group counseling using video media is effective in reducing menarche anxiety, t = 21,174 with M M = 128.67, while after treatment the anxiety level of adolescent menarche is in the low category with M = 88.00. Group counseling with media video effective to reduce menarche.
The role of parents is very important as an effort to provide information to their children, especially young women about the fulfillment of education, especially as women. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of parenting information to prepare young women for prepubertal menarche. The research method used is a mixed methods model, with a concurrent model design that combines qualitative and quantitative data. This research involved 66 research subjects who were selected purposively from 360 female students at State Junior High School 8 Pagaralam. The research instrument used was the menarche scale and interview guidelines. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression. The results of the menarche scale analysis and interviews before providing information services about menarche, the percentage of children who are not ready to face menarche is 81% thus there are still children who are afraid, embarrassed, and even anxious about facing menarche. After providing parenting information to parents as an effort to prepare children to experience menarche, prepubertal young women experienced a decrease in the number of children to 18%. Thus parenting information plays a very important role in increasing the knowledge of parents and children about menarche.
