Self-control based on spiritual elements can be said to be the cause of human obstruction in achieving peace and happiness. Thus, this study aims to uncover the concept of self-control in the perspective of sufi psychology and stoicism philosophy that is able to answer the problems of life today in achieving peace and happiness. In its preparation, this article uses qualitative methods with a library approach and is analyzed comparatively. The results and discussions of this study include an explanation of self-control in Robert Frager's view, self-control in the philosophy of stoicism, and a comparison of the concepts of self-control from both views. From this study, it can be concluded that the philosophy of Stoicism and Sufi psychology shake hands to agree that the most basic self-control is controlling perception, so that one can achieve a peaceful and peaceful life. Association with God is the main purpose of self-control in sufi psychology to get a life that is surrounded by a sense of peace. Stoicism philosophy emphasizes that man can distinguish between things that they can control or those they cannot control.
Mental Health is a condition that should be taken care of like keeping the body healthy. This article aims to analyze the relationship between positive thinking and mental health maintenance. The research work carried out follows the conceptual analysis offered by Ludwig Wittgenstein's analytic philosophy. This article concludes that a healthy mind and mental health need to be maintained and harmonized at all times. As with taking care of the body, mental health must also be maintained starting from the way of daily activities and the way of thinking as well. Mental health is much influenced by the work of the brain and the brain certainly needs good nutrition. Through positive thinking to anyone and at any time, it can also make life happy and live with peace that can cause our mental health. Maintaining personal health also depends on the individual itself. So if you feel that something is not okay in you then you have to start doing something, because being happy is a person's choice. In a pandemic situation that is rife, most people are unable to balance between emotional and mind because there are not a few people who are depressed, stressed, depressed and so on, due to a pandemic which results in a system of working from home, learning from home as well as other social restrictions. Therefore this research aims to provide understanding and knowledge to the public in responding to the pandemic in order to be able to balance between reason and emotional intelligence so as to avoid various mental illnesses and others, and this research uses questionnaire broadcasting through google from, which is The results of questionnaire distribution to 23 people consisting of 26.1% men and 73.9% women can be concluded that of these 23 people can balance the relations of reason and emotional intelligence in several fields.
This study aims to determine the Islamic psychotherapy model of heart healing through the talqin dhikr approach at Pondok Pesantren Suryalaya Ciamis. This study uses a descriptive analytical method with a qualitative approach. To obtain complete data, data collection techniques such as direct observation, in-depth interviews, and literature study were used. The results of the study concluded that there are seven places where the human heart will have bad qualities, and that will be removed or treated by cleaning 7 places called latifah. Perkembangan teknologi yang begitu pesat pada zaman sekarang ini menjadi kebutuhan primer di masyarakat, salah satunya adalah sebuah sistem pengamalan rangkaian ibadah amaliyah pada masyarakat yang percaya dengan Tarekat Qadiriyah Naqsabandiyah (TQN) Suryalaya sedangkan masih banyak data amaliyah yang belum tersistem komputerisasi dalam pendataan mengakibatkan malas untuk dibawa kemana saja dan tidak efektif untuk menghafal amaliyah Tarekat Qadiriyah Naqsabandiyah (TQN) Suryalaya. Aplikasi ini sebagai aplikasi pembelajaran amaliyah mursyid yang terdiri dari dzikir harian, khataman, manaqiban dan langgam surat qur’an yang sering di baca saat sholat fardhu, sehingga masyarakat dapat mempermudah membaca dan menghafal amalan tarekat qadiriyah naqsabandiyah (TQN) suryalaya di mana saja, aplikasi ini dirancang dengan android studio menggunakan bahasa pemograman java dengan pengujian blackbox. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data melalui studi pustaka dan wawancara. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah aplikasi amaliyah mursyid untuk jamaah tarekat qadiriyah naqsabandiyah (TQN) suryalaya beserta amalan-amalan, langgam surat qur’an dan lokasi pengajian manaqiban yang menggunakan google maps. Aplikasi ini diharapkan mempermudah jamaah atau masyarakat tarekat qadiriyah naqsabandiyah (TQN) suryalaya dalam membaca dan menghafal amalan-amalan mursyid.
