United Nations Principles for Older Persons acknowledge five rights to elderly or older persons, these rights are the right of "independence, care, self, fulfillment, dignity, participation.The demographic Indication witnessed increasing trends in population pyramid at developed countries on aging rates world wide, especially in most of developing countries. So in order to address this growing dilemma at our civilized world its proved at statistics surveys, on current research work as it will try to expose to efforts the plans made by many Jordanian Civil &Governmental initiatives for facing this category for the purpose of providing high standards services at both health and social care services for elderly people and to help them reaching a self-realization, and to encourage them in developing their potential through resources available in different aspects of the community educationally, culturally, spiritually and even through recreational activities.The present study aims to identify current capabilities that available in serving elderly people at two main Nursing Home Centers in Jordan located in Amman. Its limitation to only two most serving accommodated numbers of elder's Nursing Home centers the first is: White Beds Society and the second is: Centre for Princess Muna older women Nursing homes / Orthodox Charity as both are largest and oldest of Nursing homes centers serving elderly.The research concluded many numerous results most important are: There shall specialized cooperation bodies in charge of deals with other institutions working in the field of aging society, as of governmental organizations, hospitals, accredited qualified manpower to deal with this deer category of our society.secondly. Assist homes for elderly in budgetary provisions of adequate budget to them.
This study aimed to investigate the impact of ERP System Usage on Supply Chain Integration at Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing firms. A random sample from employees working in the Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing firms (Human Resource Department, Financial Department, Production Department, Supply Chain Department as well as Operations & Quality Department) were chosen totaling (183) individuals. The study applied using SPSS and Amos to do the analysis. The study using a questionnaire to achieve the study objectives through Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The study results revealed that the Customer Relationship Management System, Inventory Management System, Financial Management System, production and operation Management System has a significant positive effect on Integration with Supplier, Integration with Customer and internal processes integration. The study concluded that there exists a statistically significant relationship between ERP system on Integration with Supplier, Integration with Customer and internal processes integration at Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing firms. The study found out that there was huge contribution of the ERP system in supply chain integration at Jordanian Pharmaceutical Manufacturing firms.
<p class="1main-text">The aim of this study is to identify the impact of moral & material incentives on employee’s performance as it will focus on some private hospitals operating at Amman capital of Jordan. The research use empirical analysis and distributed set of a questionnaire with a total of 291 out of which 20 were rejected due to various reasons including incompletely questionnaire, thus, 271 questionnaires was completed and shortlisted for statistical analysis , the study applied descriptive analytical method, and reached to following result, there is no difference application on moral and material incentives for employees to improve their performance when it comes to demographic variables like gender, age, educational qualifications. The study recommended a number of recommendations that private hospital has to develop policies and strategies to increase effectiveness incentives in addition to this, also the study recommend that the private hospitals in Amman should use incentives systems to meet with the needs of all employees.</p>
Background: Information now owned by business organizations of all kinds' forms new edge of new civilized Organization as it emerges its new theme of open horizon. The importance of modern information systems had aspired all excusive to depend on this technology, management information system there for we rely on it as a" processing preparation to flourish the directors with all needed information so as to assist him in making accurate decisions and achieving Hospitals goals". Methods and Results:The study aimed to measure role of information systems in management control at AL-Bashir Public hospital. The study included a group of 70 questionnaire staff administrators' questions and had distributed it randomly on a sample of population study, 61 have been subjected to statistical analysis questionnaire at a rate of 87% of the population of the study. And using the program of (SPSS) package to extract results statistical analysis the members response of study sample, the researcher reached to a significant effect of the components of information systems to management control at Al Bashir hospital.In the light of theoretical studies and statistical analysis of this study sample reached the following conclusion:1) This research found that the level of software in hospital is high and available.2) As of the results are concerned the physical dimension of computer sub-parts is of more important in terms of relatively level compared with other sub-dimensions of role of information systems in management control, and followed then with sub-networks of local and national levels.The study also concluded also many recommendations as obvious that hospital directors shall execute many training courses to enable the process of control connotation among staff members, and other growth segments in the field of information systems and mere latest technology at this topic.
Current study aimed at highlighting reflections of CSR and its role in supporting healthcare system in KSA during COVID 19 pandemic. Quantitative approach was employed through utilizing an online questionnaire distributed on total of (97) individuals within KSA hospitals which included managers of public relations, external relations or marketing in Saudi governmental or private hospitals within Saudi hospitals. Results of study indicated that the main hypothesis was accepted, and it was seen that CSR has the ability to positively influence and support the healthcare system in Saudi Arabia during COVID 19. Among the chosen dimensions of CSR (Reputation, Ethics, Social Orientation and Profitability), it appeared that ethics was the most influential aspect that has a main role in supporting and backing up the healthcare system in KSA during the pandemic, and this concept helped in supporting the Saudi healthcare system during the breakout of the pandemic from collapsing. Study recommended increasing the awareness of social responsibility among organizations in order to increase the relationship between stakeholders (organizations) and the community.
