Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui motivasi dan pengetahuan kewirausahaan terhadap minat berwirausaha pada Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Amkop Makassar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 94 orang mahasiswa dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan SPSS.25 Hasil penelitian ini adalah X1(Motivasi) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Y (Minat Berwirausaha). Sedangkan X2 (Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan) secara parsial mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel Y (Minat Berwirausaha). dan X1 (Motivasi) dan X2 (Pengetahuan Kewirausahaan) variabel mempunyai pengaruh positif dan simultan terhadap variabel Y (Minat Berwirausaha). The purpose of this study was to determine motivation and entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship at the Amkop College of Economics. Makassar.This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 94 students with multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of SPSS.25 The results of this study are X1 (Motivation) partially has a positive and significant influence on the variable Y (Interest in Entrepreneurship), while X2 (Entrepreneurial Knowledge) partially has a positive and significant effect on the variable Y (Enterprise Interest) and X1 (Motivation) and X2 (Entrepreneurial Knowledge) the variable has a positive and simultaneous influence on the Y variable (Entrepreneurial Interest).
Regional VII national housing corporation is the largest housing estate in Makassar, namely Bumi Tamalanrea Permai (BTP). Some of the facilities that will be added to the housing estate are shophouses, modern traditional markets, fresh markets, and several commercial houses. The total land area of 315 hectares has been used as a means to fulfill housing needs for residents of Makassar City. The construction of additional facilities in housing located in Bumi Tamalanrea Permai (BTP) is intended for the community to meet needs in the economic sector. Perumnas Branch I Tamalanrea also built houses for the upper-middle class, namely houses with types 36, 45, and 70. Houses with type 36 will be sold for IDR 230 million, while for type 45 for IDR 250 million, and type 70 for selling, for IDR 400 million. The construction of a number of these facilities also adjusts to the housing segment to be built, namely for the upper-middle-class community. Perumnas Regional VII will continue to boost the addition of housing for the community, with relatively affordable prices and also of good quality. Perumnas Branch I Tamalanrea has succeeded in building more than 1,000 housing units. 20 percent are very simple houses and 80 percent are simple houses.
