Penelitian fenomenologi merupakan salah satu jenis penelitian kualitatif yang mencoba memberikan deskripsi tentang segala kesadaran manusia dan pengalamannya baik dalam bentuk inderawi, konseptual, moral, estetis, dan religius. Artikel ini menjabarkan secara konprehensif tentang penelitian fenomenologi baik dari aspek definisi, karakteristik, tata cara penelitian, dan contoh penelitian fenomenologi agar memberikan pemahaman secara menyeluruh bagi siswa, guru/dosen, dan peneliti.

Cognitive and psychomotor are two aspects that play an important role in children's development, especially at the preschool age. This study aims to create and test products in the form of learning methods with song and movement to improve children's cognitive and psychomotor aspects. This research is a research and development using 4D theory from Thiagarajan, Semmel, and Semmel. There are four phases in this research, namely the define phase, product design, product development, and dissemination. Data analysis used in this study was a qualitative and quantitative approach using instruments in the form of questionnaires, product validation sheets, and learning observation sheets. The collected data is then analyzed using two analytical techniques: (1) qualitative data with content analysis techniques and (2) quantitative data analyzed statistically with the help of SPSS. The results showed that this learning method was proven to have a level of validity, practicality, and effectiveness above the standard to improve children's cognitive and psychomotor aspects.

The purpose of this research is to describe about generation Z and how lecturers should carry out learning on this generation. Systematic Literature Review (SLR) is used as a method of analyzing a wide range of articles and literature were obtained through searching of data sources such as google scholar, scopus, and ERIC. The results of the analysis of various sources elaborated reviews about the theory of generation, the Z generation, and learning strategy for the Z generation. This study aims to investigate the needs of students and lecturers in writing instructions using the process genre approach. Besides, this research is also based on facts which reveal that decision making on learning objectives is only taken from the curriculum and syllabus review used. But unfortunately, the preference of students and lecturers for learning needs is actually ignored. The method used in this study is a qualitative method using questionnaires and interviews as research instruments. The number of participants in this study was 3 Indonesian language lecturers and 65 students at the State Islamic University of Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten. The participants of the students were selected by using a purposive random sampling technique. The results showed that the need for a writing learning model design using the process genre approach. Specifically, the findings of this study include several aspects needed by students and lecturers, namely: (1) a comprehensive learning approach involving students, colleagues, and lecturers, (2) writing assessment must cover broader aspects, and (3) the need for publication as part of the writing activity. Furthermore, the syntax in the learning model based on the needs analysis is: (1) recognize the form of the text, (2) analyze the text, (3) discuss the text, (4) write the text independently, (5) finalize the text, and (6) publish the text.
